Cons: the cleaning of the rooms should be improved, also the condition of the shower and bathroom was not very good

Pros: Very good standard hotel. Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere and great service. Overall, we had a very good stay. Thank you for the hospitality!
Cons: The food selection included a lot of pork – I would recommend adding halal/kosher options. The pools were very cold, which made it difficult for the kids to swim.

Pros: Very nice fresh squeezed orange juice and nice fruit
Cons: Would have preferred a different matress protector. Having plastic on it made it very hot.

It was amazing
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There are plenty of pools to enjoy, which was great. We traveled with our 8-month-old baby, and I want to give special thanks to the dining room staff (jessie end lefteris). Every single day, they prepared food for our baby exactly as we needed, always kindly and without any hesitation. Their care and attention truly made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We felt very welcomed, and we will definitely come back!

Overall a great resort with nice water park.
Pros: Great Resort with water park and private beach .The room booked was very comfortable .The pools spacious though very cold even at beginning of June .The food was very good with many choices .Every evening different theme for dinner. Lots of space around the pools and on the lawn.
Cons: The staff could be more nice and welcoming. Starting from check-in with not a single smile through the pool bars and dining room . The pool towels were changed once in 2 days , not really comfortable .Long lines at the bars on evening .

Pros: The food was up there with the best we have had in an AI. Al La Carte restaurants were amazing. Pools really good, bar staff excellent. Entertainment staff were great
Cons: Nowhere to walk to nearby, we like to have a walk early mornings and after dinner but nothing around, quite isolated. Entertainment at night was a real let down for a supposedly 5 star hotel, very amateur. Hardly anyone there watching in evenings. Buffet area could do with a refurb, very dated.

The best place to stay in Rodos.
Pros: Food was very tasty. Every day. The biggest advantage of this hotel was - AquaPark. Son was excited every day, spent a lot of time there. The best resort ever!
Cons: Due to too many people in the resort. WiFi was usually slow.

Great for kids. Lacking good service. Food ok.
Pros: Great hotel for kids with different activities. The food is good. Nothing exquisite, but all tastes alright. I would expect more fish at the hotel so close to water. But its mostly meat, rice and pasta. Rooms were great and spacious.
Cons: Very little shade over the pools. Only one 20 cm kids pool had cover of about 30%. Would be nice to enjoy the pool time at all hours without risking skin cancer. Reception personnel is quite useless most of the time. You think you have ordered a taxi for your airport trip because they wrote it down on their taxi list? Yeah, no. They are going to forget it. Order a new one. Deny that they forgot and blame it all on Greek taxis that they are always late. Total extra waiting time 40 min. Young people working in the food area are quite bad at what they are doing. Getting us a cola instead of sparkling water and rolling their eyes when we say that they got the order wrong. Not taking our drink order for 30 min. Etc. I'd say the stay is enjoyable just because there is so much things for kids and you love seeing happiness in their eyes. But if you're adults traveling there are surely better options.
