Great experience
Pros: Me with my grown children had a great time at Ellisa. Everything was above the expectations, plenty of opportunities for common family experiences together with grear staff, beautiful beach, pools, restaurants, Everything was just great

Great Hotel but with a few minor drawbacks.
Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few minutes from Rhodes Town and close to some beaches. A big plus are the many pools and the extensive, delicious buffet. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, which made the stay very pleasant.
Cons: The service during rainy weather was disappointing! No room service and the pool bar was temporary closed. Also, the couch and bed were worn out, and the towels were not always perfectly clean.

Another lovely stay at Elissa
Pros: Lovely staff, clean, spacious resort with plenty of swimming pools, eating areas and places to relax. Our second visit to this hotel. Really pleased that there is now a bus transfer from the hotel to the old town - thank you!
Cons: Plenty of choice for breakfast, although quality could be higher.

Pros: The staff were all so friendly, every single individual had a smile on their face and said hello. This isn't a pretentious hotel, it's welcoming, clean, relaxing, a beautiful space. There are so many choices of swimming pools and great access to the beach. Excellent staff to support day exertions and so many on site activities- we loved the outdoor cinema! We were recommended this hotel by a friend and will be recommending it to others.
Cons: Please take care of the few lovely cats and kittens on site, especially during the winter months - they were so friendly and affectionate!

A gorgeous, relaxing hotel in a great location
Pros: This hotel is as gorgeous as it looks online and is perfect for an adults only retreat. Very relaxing and staff were extremely accommodating. For example, our flight was delayed and so we landed late but the staff had asked for some food to be prepared for us before we arrived so that we were able to eat. It was also not far from Rhodes Town so this was great for a day trip or an evening meal.
Cons: Obviously wouldn’t be much of an issue in the summer and is a very minor issue, but it rained one day we were there at lunchtime but room service was stopped and only one restaurant (which is still outside but undercover) was open. Would be good to have room service as an option (or inside incase weather is too hot or windy for some!)

EXCELLENT!
Pros: Second visit this year! Very impressed with the way everywhere is so spacious, well maintained & clean. The staff are all exceptionally helpful. Loved the high quality a la carte restaurants & premium drinks included in the AI package. Very relaxing week!
Cons: A non smoking section in the main bar would be good & a few more comfy chairs outside. Were disappointed to see people reserving sunbeds with their towels even before the pool opening time - we thought this wasn't allowed, but it didn't seem to be regulated & as a result we were unable to sit in our favourite spot.

Great staff good hotel
Pros: The staff were extremely professional and polite and committed to customer service. Breakfast was beyond expectations
Cons: The beach area of the hotel was very limited to the adults only section and not very exclusive as expected for the adults only hotel. Restaurant availability at resort was very limited

Great location, exceptional staff and service
Pros: The staff were all brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. Facilities were clean, well maintained and the pools were great. Close to the beach.
Cons: Tennis rackets were old and broken, pool service staff were super friendly but service could have been more attentive, music on Sunday at the main pool was far too loud to enjoy a relaxing day. Not enough sun-beds at the beach.
