I had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Pros: Vasilis, Helene & Mika were great hosts. Very welcoming & friendly with lots of helpful tips & advice. Great location with choice of 3 local beaches. Near to a good selection of tavernas which served lovely Greek food. Bus stop very close allowed easy & cheap travel to Rhodes Town (30-40 mins) & Lindos (50mins-1hr10mins). Good selection at the breakfast buffet each morning. It is a quiet hotel & quiet location away from Faliraki centre (25-30 mins walk). I stayed 17 nights & had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. My first time to Rhodes & would love to return soon.
Cons: The shower & shower curtain were difficult to manage.

Simpler accommodation with basic equipment
Pros: 5 minutes to the beach or to the bus stop. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The room had a balcony, a tea maker, a fridge, shampoo, a soap. Functional AC.
Cons: Shower stall with a curtain - not so comfortable and hygienic.

Exceeded my expectations – fantastic location, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast
Pros: An affordable place in a fantastic location close to the beach, town centre, main road and bus stop. The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfasts are varied and extremely tasty. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in Rhodes at a good price. I will be pleased to be back there at the earliest opportunity

Pros: Good Location of Nikos BnB in a quite place,7min to a beach equipped with sun beds and 3min close to a market, 10min walk and you can find planty of restaurance of your choice, accommodation newly furnished with a direct access to the pool which we find absolutly cool,breakfast was perfect as well as a hospitality of a staff.Definitely would like to come back again.

Very relaxing vacation
Pros: I love the room, the pool, the breakfast, and how Vasilis was helpful with everything we needed. The pool was very calm and we preferred spending time in the room. Everything we needed was there. we could easily lock our door and the AC was working perfectly.
Cons: The cleaning was not the best, but it was still okay.

Great place for summer vacation
Pros: Staff is super friendly and well informed. The location is very good - easy for parking and going to the beach. The breakfast is fresh and enough for everybody.
Cons: There is a place for improvement in the bathroom in terms of tools and amenities.

Pros: They're all very kind, friendly, and helpful. They're always willing to help with any questions or needs you may have. They definitely make your stay even more enjoyable. Both check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The location is very good, around the hotel is very quite, and very near to the beach. Is all clean, the room and the other spaces.
Cons: The pool is exclusively for the apartments located in the main floor.They should clarify this in the Booking.com description and include photos of the other apartments that aren't fully renovated. Breakfast is always the same; it doesn't vary at all. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well in my room.

Pros: Very helpful and kind staff. They helped me securibg an excursion on my last day and it was greatMy room was really clean. The equipment are basic but it's ok if you don't really mind.The hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from the bus, 15 minutes walk from Faliraki center and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Cons: The only thing for me was some people yelling and playing loud music but it only happened twice during my 1 week stay

We had an excellent time and really enjoyed our stay in sunny Rhodes. I have missed already!
Pros: Overall, everything was really really good 👍 Reception staff (Vasilis in particular & breakfast lady...sorry, don't know her name) to the cleaner lady, everyone done their upmost to make us feel welcomed and comfortable!
Cons: Just like I've said before, we had a really good experience and only few things would like to point out; breakfast generally was quite good but would be nice to have more options like an omelette, scrambled eggs apart from only boiled ones and perhaps some beans 😊
