Pros: This hotel in amazing! It was our second time there. The food in restaurants ala carte was delicious. The hotel is clean and the stuff is amazing and helpful

Cons: The only minus was cold water in pool :( we had to pay for heated pool in Club 8 because water in regular pool was too cold..

Pros: The Hotel really went the extra mile to provide for their guests. Despite the size and the volume of people, the staff always ensured that you were never left waiting. Every day the hotel would brings little gifts to the room as a token gesture and you could tell that the hotel were really proud of their reputation and wanted to maintain it. No shortcuts were taken with anything in my view, even the entertainment laid on was of a high quality.

Cons: I wish there was more advertisement of the hotel facilities at the point of check-in, even on day 3 (last day of our stay), I was discovering new facilities which I wasn't even aware of (modern gym/padel courts etc).

Pros: --- ⭐ Overall Experience: We had a pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the outstanding service — the staff were always friendly and helpful. 🍦 Food & Drinks: There’s plenty available throughout the day — drinks, ice cream, crepes, and desserts are offered generously. However, the main dining room food was rather basic and could use some improvement. 🏖️ Beach: The beach right next to the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for families. 👶 Family Experience: Since we were traveling with young children, the evening entertainment was a bit too loud and made it difficult for them to fall asleep. Additionally, the bunk bed in our room didn’t feel very safe — the upper guardrail was not sufficient.

Excellent destination for a succesful vacation

Pros: Excellent services all day around, very good food, very big variety of drinks and of good quality, very friendly and professional people.

Cons: The positioning of the kitchen exhaust makes the food smell go sometimes all the way around the hotel, so using the balconies to enjoy the view is not always as pleasant as expected. It's probably very difficult and expensive to change it, but it would be a very good improvement.

It was our best all-inclusive holiday ever

Pros: The rooms and view were amazing. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurants options to book had a wide variety of different food and because we had a short stay these were pre-booked for us so we didn't miss out. The buffet was the best buffet we have experienced, especially the breakfast. Loved the pools and easy access to an amazing beach with lots of water sports.

Very nice

Pros: Everything was very clean. Staff were always very lovely and kind. Food was very good at the al a cartes. The Buffett was nice, hot and miss sometimes but genially nice selection.

Cons: Biggest downfall…. I paid for a side sea view. When I arrived I paid my bill then was taken to the room. The view was not a sea side view, it was another hotel block. You couldn’t even see the sea when I looked left as it was in the distance and trees were in the way. Alls I’ll say, if you pay for a sea side view, then what I’d do, when you arrive, tell the reception you want to see the room Before you pay. The rooms are not what they say they are on booking.com description. I was eventually moved but had to really complain. Other than that, was a nice week at the hotel, pool was great, beach was great and location was very good.

Best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in so far

Pros: Loved the all-inclusive and the ala carte restaurants and the staff were amazing and the beach access was lovely, plenty of nice cocktails and the evening entertainment was amazing, Anna on reception was very nice and professional and always happy to help

Cons: Didn't like the fact that you had to get up at the break of dawn to try and secure a sunbed next to the pool it was like watching animals. Plenty on the beach though which was great. Most guests would reserve their beds even though it states you can not reserve and go out for most of the day which I thought was quite selfish but I think that's normal behavior now at most hotels.
