Pros: Lovely, friendly staff almost everywhere. We got an upgraded room with early check-in. The selection and the taste of the food is amazing.

Cons: The guests book the sunbeds with towels for hours, without presence.

We look forward to returning!

Pros: The location is perfect, right on a beautiful little beach. The pools and gardens very spacious and the hotel spotlessly clean. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Kiki who made us feel very welcome and special) at the rooftop bar. The food was very good especially the fresh fruits and salads with enough variety to please everyone.

Cons: The only thing that could have been improved for me is a gluten free area. At the moment there is only a very small jar of gf cornflakes and bread. It would be nice to have a little more variety or choice. However one night my husband did ask if they had gf cake and they did bring out a selection which was lovely.

Excellent service & hotel amenities

Pros: Excellent service, great food and beautiful beach - we got upgraded and it was an amazing stay!

Cons: The cocktails part of the all inclusive weren’t the best in the outdoor pool bar

Great hotel

Pros: The staff was lovely from Miss Froso, who welcomed us at the front desk to Mr. Thanasys and Miss Daisy, who greeted us every day at the dining room and, of course, Ms. Margarita from the maintenance staff. The rooms were well equipped and spacious, the towels were large, and the overall decor was nice. The hotel was clean and didn't feel crowded, although it is high season. The location is fantastic, quiet, and serene. The pool is amazing, clean and accessible for those with disabilities and great water temperature. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons: On our first day of arrival, we could barely find any free sunbeds near the pool, and there was no staff to assist us. Also, some of the more luxurious sunbeds near the pool are priced between 40-60 € per day. At the price we paid we would expect having those facilities with no extra charge. Room wise, the hotel does not provide water bottles daily, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. As one of our family members is vegan, we would have appreciated having a larger variety of vegan food 1 the dining room. We also would have appreciated more traditional Greek food.

Absolutely perfect

Pros: Absolutely stunning hotel, had the best time. Staff are all lovely, rooms are clean, great location and lots to do.

Pros: room was exceptional, great beach included, excellent food, very clean

Cons: fire alarms kept going off early in the morning. guests would reserve beach and pool chairs early in the morning and wouldn’t come back for hours. there was no policy in place regarding reserving beach chairs. sometimes I would go down and they’d all have towels on them but no one was using them. it was unfair and rude.

Beautiful relaxing holiday

Pros: It was our 4th time staying here. We cannot fault a single thing just absolute luxury. The staff were all so nice and most of them have been working there for years and the welcome we get each time we go back is lovely. We got upgraded to a swim up pool this time which I’ve never thought to do, but what a bonus that was, amazing. Thank you we will be back

Good for the money

Pros: This adults only only resort qualifies as that up to the beach because is a public beach full of kids and people who are not staying in the resort . We truly enjoyed our secret lounge for an extra charge , but it was the only way to be in the shade and away from kids and families at the beach . The staff at the hotel are very kind , professional and helpful . The half board package was a great idea since the buffet offers an incredible selection of food from the world . A highlight to Ginger , one of the hotel restaurants which proposes an excellent fusion menu . Thanks

Cons: Kids on the beach and discovered at my arrival that the beach was public

Pros: We got here right after our wedding for a mini honeymoon, and it was the perfect choice! The team kindly upgraded our stay, and everyone here is incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and providing amazing service. We highly recommend

The stay was very good and I would recommend for any couple who are seeking a quiet and clean place

Cons: It would be nice if there were a space for people to sit an play. This place should hold different table games like cards, chess and books. These activities are spread around the great hall and not allwyas available to sit and play
