Great Hotel, just need to keep on top of a few practical things.

Pros: Advertised as a 5 star but really a very solid 4 if you've ever been to the likes of Dubai or Asia and truly experience 5 stars! Really good hotel, public area's are all kept very clean. Kids loved the Creperie. Main restaurant had a decent range of choices so you'd not get too bored eating over a week. Good snorkelling off the beach. Family Pool swim up rooms are great, and these ones seemed to have the only heated pool when we were there at October Half Term. The main pool was absolutely freezing.

Cons: Main restaurant staff could be made much more efficient by not having to fetch everyone's drink orders constantly. The hotel badly needs a self service area for Teas/Coffee/Juices. Pool Bar wait time could be long sometimes, and most drinks are obviously fairly cheap or sugary on the all-inclusive. There were never any spoons at any table for breakfast, it became a running joke! The \

Pros: Insane amount of food in large variety. Lots of pools, nice beach. The hotel is very clean and the design is beautiful. The room is large and comfortable. Stuff is very helpful and pleasant. Really excellent service.

One of the best stays I’ve had

Pros: It was clean, the facilities were great, and the food quality was brilliant. The beach was always transparent and clean. What I appreciated the most was the very kind staff, from the lady that saw my son being hurt and immediately came with ice without even me having to ask and stood to comfort him, the gentleman who made the pizzas in this super heat, to all the other staff who made and served the food/drinks. Everyone was always happy to help and in a great mood.
