Great value for money, good choice of food, friendly staff.

Pros: Very clean, spacious, a lot of room at the pools which was great! Selection of food was brilliant for value of money.

Cons: Location wasn’t great for getting out, not a lot close by but not that the hotel can do much about that! More options at the reception bar for drinks. Main evening bar was very small, not big enough for the hotel guests. Male manager in main restaurant was very rude and unfriendly. Sauna was not included in stay had to pay which was disappointing as didn’t know in advance.

Family all-inclusive holiday

Pros: Location, private beach, sea water pool, pool bar and views.

Cons: Meals for a 5 strar resort didn't meet high standards. It was more of a hit and miss.

Well worth the money.

Pros: We chose a suite with a private pool and it was absolutely lovely. Certainly one of the nicest hotel rooms I have had the good fortune to stay in. Well worth the money.

Cons: There is nothing that I wish to identify as unsatisfactory, for to do so would unnecessarily detract from what is a lovely hotel.

Perfect stay

Pros: Everything!!! 3rd time back, and I can't wait to go back for the 4th time. The hospitality, the staff the cleanliness, the food all so amazing

Would definitely go again but only wish reservation for other restaurants I easier next time. So we can try everything.

Pros: Beautiful property, all inclusive was really taken care of. Loved all their pools was an amazing time.

Cons: The reservation system for other restaurants and services, mostly everything was sold out and we didn’t get a chance to try everything even though we were there for 5 days.

Pros: The staff were amazing, so pleasant and couldnt do enough for the guests. Food was fantastic, great choice and selection of resturants. Would definately go back especially to the Royal suites.

Great Holidays

Pros: Everything was amazing. The room for four with a private pool was an excellent idea. There were plenty of good options for breakfast, both cold and hot. The snack bar had excellent food for lunch if you didn't want to go to the restaurant. The pool bar served excellent cocktails. The location was near the sea, perfect and safe for kids to snorkel.

Cons: We went in a family trip to celebrated a birthday and let the hotel know this but they don't have any option for decorated small decorated celebration or any detail for the room except a bottle the champagne. It was poorly.
