Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms and so clean. Amazing breakfast with so many options. Lots of good onsite facilities including multiple pools and lounging areas. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was also a bonus!

Cons: The location is a little out of the way so you may want to hire a car but I would say the ones offered by the hotel are quite expensive. You can also use the bus service but be prepared for it to be late.

Pros: An amazing hotel with fantastic facilities and wonderful staff who work hard to make sure everything requires as little effort as possible for their guests. Surprisingly wonderful food from all 3 restaurants and both pools were fantastic, with table service to your sun bed. Will 100% be back!

1 night of luxury bliss!

Pros: I booked a last minute stay here, and was arriving to the area earlier than expected. The staff were very accommodating with my early arrival & I was allowed to use all the facilities until my room was ready. Both pool areas were very nice, super comfortable loungers & covered seating areas which came in handy when we had an unexpected storm. Dinner with half board is *not* a buffet, but a sit down 4 course meal, which was all delicious & with very attentive service. Breakfast also varied & tasty, with plenty of tables so didn't feel cramped. Room was lovely, nicely furnished & very spacious.

Cons: It was harder to get a lounger at the pool than I expected, they did all get reserved quite early. There were also no towels at either pools both times I went to get one. The room was a little noisy at night, but I think that's more down to the guests & the location of my room in relation to the stairwell.

Pros: Great hotel for the value. Lots of space to chill at the 2 pools but also in lounge areas. Great people who both work there and also guests as people who come are there not to keep drinking but really rest, read and enjoy holidays in peace. Good food, exceptional breakfast. Amazing coffee and cocktails - try two steps martini at their bar with mastiha and order fredo espresso with your brekkie. Asian (great bao buns) and Italian restaurants for lunch. 7 min walk to the beach, set of sunbeds 15€. You can use casa cook (nearby hotel from same chain) pools if there's not enough sunbeds but also their nice gym. Special thanks to Roula and Dasia who were amazing to us!!'

Cons: That people block sunbeds with towels before breakfast despite clear instructions not to. Also music events should not go until 11pm but max 10pm as people want to rest...

Cosy and layed back atmosphere and super service

Pros: Nice and cosy atmosphere, super friendly staff, clean and spacious room, excellent location and good food.

Cons: It’s very personal but I found the evening performances disturbing. Loud music which we could hear in the room. But fair to say they finish at 23:00u so still OK and I am sure lots of people like it

Perfect hotel and people. Perfect vacation

Pros: Everything is perfect 10/10. Many Thanks to Stefanos the manager of the cantina that show kindness and flexibility for our special needs with food and made our dinners perfect . Really best hotel!! Thank you all!!!

Pros: the complete setting, the concept is very nicely executed

Cons: during dinner times, it feels a bit like a rush to get all guest through

Amazing stay , polite staff at a beautiful hotel

Pros: Amazing high quality food from the restaurants , staff where always on hand to help with everything and never had you waiting around for anything , lovely atmosphere and lovely modern rooms

Cons: The pillows where to high for me it would have been nice to have a choice of a high and thin pillow but that’s about it !
