Superb!

Pros: Cousine was great! Accomodation as described! Staff very friendly and helpful!

Cons: Only one thing changed since stay from previous time - 2 years ago all dishes had little icon indicating that dish was gluten free, so I do not neet to bother chef or other kitchen personell with questions

Pros: Food was good, beach bar great, the kids can play around safely, staff is very helpful

Cons: The main building rooms are somewhat old, but they are clean and ok

Pros: The outside area of the hotel is really nice, clean, with a great vibe. Also the food is really good with variety of options.

Cons: The room was a bit tired looking -20 years than from the pictures.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, always warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful set on luxurious grounds. We had a bungalow room which was very convenient for being close to everything, especially with a baby. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the on-site restaurants. The hotel offers premium drinks as part of the all-inclusive package which was a real bonus. there was plenty to do and the entertainment team were always warm without being too pushy to enjoy their activities. we really enjoyed our stay and wouldwould definitely come back.

Cons: My only small comment is the pool was a little on the cold side.

Despite these inconveniences, the stay was enjoyable

Pros: Food, location, friendly staff that was willing to help.

Cons: Rooms a bit worn out, cleaning service should be improved, materace toppers were dirty, water from the shower was spilling into the bathroom because of the shower’s construction and the only solution was to use a large number of towels.

Cons: Room felt a bit dated also we had some ants in our room which wasn’t great.

On the whole it was great, the staff were all so friendly and helpfull

Pros: Food in the a la carte restaurants was really good, pool and bar area were great and staff were all very good

Cons: I was a little disappointed in the room, it wasn’t as nice as the photos but because we’d paid a premium price for our stay I had high expectations.
