Very Relaxing Stay

Pros: The beach was superb. The rooms were nice with very confortable beds . The bathrooms were outdated but clean which is the most important. The food was excellent.. we loved the options they had & the piszza corner on the beach was a bonus!! Staff was very polite. Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely stay at a well known resort

Pros: Everything was good has it has it’s own private beach with sun beds and towels bar on the beach pizza on the beach

Pros: Nice 5 star all inclusive, we arrived on the first day of the season. So all the restaurants were closed (opened on the next day). Bar stuff were very plesent and friendly! All stuff were pleasant to our requests. A great all inclusive experience, beautiful beach. Would love to come again!

A four day stay was lovely and relaxing, if you visit its worth taking a trip to Gennadi

Pros: Special mentions to Georgia, concierge at reception. She was amazing! and made our trip for sure. The gentlemen who helped with the suitcases and saved our Hermit crab too ;o) (long story!) The bar staff on the beach also amazing at the Rodos Village end of the bar. Chris and Stefano getting a special mention. The room service was great too.

Cons: some staff in the restaurant were a little less welcoming, for a 5* would have expected more attention at the tables, clearing etc. the Good certainly outweighed the bad and generally you could not ask for better people than those in Rhodes. Sunbeds need sorting they don't stay in position. The food in the restaurant was repetitive and ok standard.

Highly recommend.

Pros: The location is amazing and the hotel is grand. The staff were very professional. The only thing that I wish would change is how some of the customers behave. This place deserves all the praise and we would highly recommend.

Cons: All was well until a family of 23 arrived and disturbed, what it seemed to be everyone's vacation. Very loud and we couldn't enjoy the beach or any shows as they would jump around and cause havoc. Also the only thing that I can say about the hotel itself is that they should change the quality of the gyro as it is nothing like our traditional dish and it puts us to shame.
