Pros: The mini disco, the kids club, the staff, the activity at the beach, the archery, the bar, the top swimming pool, the splash

Cons: The show and mini club too late in the night for kids

The place met our need for a pampering vacation. We were able to relax.

Pros: I liked that it met many needs - relaxation, evening entertainment, spa, all-inclusive meals, the crepe restaurant that was open throughout the day.

Cons: I didn't like having to pay for the spa pool. I was really counting on being able to relax in the spa pool without children. This is not written on Booking. Another thing is that the room was far from the activities and pools and required us to walk a lot in the heat throughout the day. Another thing is that there is not enough shade at the pools. We all got burned even though we had applied sunscreen.

A truly enjoyable stay with great food and exceptionally friendly staff

Pros: Everything, especially the amazing room I was upgraded to with a private swimming pool. The service was also great and gave a responsto every questionI had. At the front desk the receptionist Adela was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much Adela:)

Over all a good time , great rooms

Pros: Lovely room The outside restaurants so we’re very good with great staff

Cons: Fir a 5 star hotel the quality of the cocktails were not good, it varied greatly by who made them and just syrup , long ques felt uncomfortable

Lovely but they need to take on more staff you can't operate with skeleton staff.

Pros: The room was really nice well the one we had very big with separate doors for the kids we really like it. I just wish they had a bit of pride to clean it properly The fridge was filed up nicely all the time.

Cons: the cleaning was hit and miss they never clean behind or under the beds which its mad and sadly no one inspected the rooms after the cleaners so the cleaners don't clean them properly.

Pros: Unfortunately we had to evacuate the hotel after only one night in the emergency evacuation due to the fires, but the single night we stayed had a great time. It is also worth noting the treatment of the hotel after the fire incident was over, Mary, the reservations manager, made sure we were quickly awarded the refund we were due, we received excellent service around the whole compensation issue. Andreas, the reception manager, also made sure to send us the suitcase, we look forward to receiving it. Many thanks to all the hotel staff and the dear people of Rhodes who faced a very difficult situation, we are eagerly waiting to return to visit Rhodes.

A must stay for a relaxing all inclusive experience.

Pros: The facilities were so nice. We had a hotel room with sea view and it was clean and nicely furnished. Our beds were soft and comfortable. The food selection were amazing lots of food for different diet requirements. One evening we even had traditional Greek gyros. Lots of seafood option which was great. The hotel also had other restaurants you can book but we were not able to get a reservation as it was fully booked for our entire stay. We stayed in July which is their busy season and that didn’t bother us. We did go the burger restaurant and to the dessert restaurant a few times that had crepes and ice cream, the food was good. Every night we also had entertainment, singers and comedy club. Which was great if you didn’t want to make the 30 minute trip to Lindos you could stay at the resort throughout. Also all the staff were so lovely and friendly.

Cons: On the ground floor there are two bars and they were clearly short staffed. There was always a queue if you wanted something to drink during the times the main restaurant was not open. If you wanted a coffee or a cocktail you had to queue up, sometimes spending up to 15-20 minutes in the queue. That would sometimes deter us from getting anything and calling it an early night. The hotel is clearly catered to their large number of German guests, which is fine but TV in our room only had German channels, which is fine since I’ve not come on holiday to watch TV but I did think it was odd to have every TV be in German as the hotel also had a lot of French, Spanish, Polish and British guests. Lastly the hotel should have a policy about sun beds. Early in the morning there would be none left as people would put their towels on it disappear for half of the morning until they were ready to use it. Because of this we didn’t stay at the pool once but then the beach is only a 5 minute walk away and we got free sun beds there.

Second time visiting. Wonderful stay both times. Newly renovated. Professional, friendly staff.

Pros: Spacious room with balcony overlooking pool and seaview. Modern bathroom, excellent shower pressure. Very comfortable bed

Pros: Vše, krásné prostředí, pokoj se soukromým bazénem, milý personál.

Cons: Studenější bazény, strava trochu slabší. Celkem velké fronty na kávu.
