A fantastic hotel with great food and facilities

Pros: Amazing hotel. The food was fantastic, staff super friendly and the facilities were excellent - particularly the splash park!

Cons: Sometimes certain areas could have been kept cleaner (eg. Around pools) and we were only able to book 1 out of our 4 a la carte meals because they were all booked up

Pros: Most staff were great. The architecture of the facility was great to look at. The location on the beach along with all the bars and restaurants easy to access

Cons: Some bar staff were not the best of personalities. But 95% were great. The amphitheatre was not accessible to us as my daughter with DS found it too loud and daunting to approach.

Pros: The Spa was lovely. Staff very helpful and polite.

Pros: Everything, especially the food at breakfast, dinner, and special restaurants, and the staff was wonderful and helpful

Pros: Very Nice hotel, great location. The rooms are great, we can access to the beach inside the hotel. Beach is great (Not sand but rock) lot of space beautiful water... Nice food buffet, with variety, some themes depending the day... The pools are great, and for the kids its paradise, with all the facilities, aqua park, playground... Staff have nice attention for the hosts.... We will definitely come back

Cons: Like in almost all location, very difficult to find deckchair on the pool because all the people are stupid and put their stuff early morning to reserve the spot all day...Hotels should be able to manage that...

Pros: The hotel feels new, spacious, and very clean. The staff is welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.

Cons: although this is indeed a luxurious 5-star hotel — and deservedly so — it was less suitable for our family, and I’ll explain why here, for the benefit of anyone looking for their own perfect vacation: 1. Food: There was a clear focus on quantity over quality. While food was available 24/7, my kids’ plates often stayed empty — the pancakes and waffles were watery and tasteless, and the pastries and bread were far from the freshness I would expect at a 5-star hotel. five days of exactly the same dishes was unsatisfying. I can say something positive about the fresh vegetables at every meal, but the fruit, which was also plentiful, looked tired. I would trade 90% of the breakfast dishes for a few quality pastries and a proper high-quality granola corner. One evening they added some Asian dishes, which was refreshing, although still not high-quality. The cocktails were disapointing, with over sweet syrups as served at cheep hotels. 2. Restaurants: Before we arrived, I sent the hotel a request to make reservations in their restaurants in advance. They replied that booking was only possible upon check-in. But when the time came, there were no tables left in any of the restaurants. That was already a bad start and very disappointing for me. In the end, they managed to get us a table at the Italian restaurant on our last evening, and that indeed turned out to be the best meal we had all week. 3. Swimming pool: The hotel has only one swimming pool. The problem is that the pool is deep along its entire length, so children under 1.40 m can’t stand in it at all. This really tired out my daughters and caused them to lose interest in the pool rather quickly. If the pool had been designed in a more varied way — with areas for lounging, sitting, and playing, not just swimming — it would have been much better. Also, if you arrive after 9:00 AM, you have no chance of finding a sunbed. 4.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, hotel is beautiful.

Pros: Family room with shared pool was amazing! New splash water park which the children stayed in for hours.

Absolutely everything what we’re expecting for .Definitely we would come back again without any doubt.

Pros: Beautiful hotel ,Brilliant welcoming stuff in the whole hotel specially stuff in your food area. Lovely food and drinks . Entertainment stuff funny and lovely. ,same a Barman’s in pool area. Lots of sun lounges that you don’t need to run first in the morning and fight for it. Overall it all you need on your relaxing family holiday .

Pros: Very good infrastructure. Swimming pool and acqua park are very good.

Cons: Food is average. For a 5 stars hotel, the food variety and quality should be much better.

Pros: Everything was wonderful and especially waterpark was so good and excellent.Not only rooms and also everywhere in the hotels was clean and comfortable.The pool and the beach was so good clean and clear.
