Perfect

Pros: Location, aqua park for the children’s, the service is good in the main restaurant as well as tasty of foods.

Cons: The staff who carried for the beach towels nearly the Chd pool.

Pros: This is my 2nd time staying here and last year I had a few small complaints about the service at buffet times and how many sun beds were about but this year the service was very good at buffet times and they had more sun beds out and they even built more decking at the food hut by the pools for more seating. The staff are super helpful and friendly and can’t wait to stay here again.

Cons: Pool was the same as last year, really cold.

This place will remain in our memories

Pros: Everything was great, the food, the staff, the beach and the sea, etc. The hotel is so good for families with kids, we enjoyed the disco and evening show every day. The water park was lots of fun too.

Cons: The shower in our room was a bit tired. It would be great for the swimming pools to be heated, at least the one in the water park. Also some drinks in the bar weren't included in \

Beautiful Hotel!

Pros: This was our second year staying at Helea! The food is great with plenty of options at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are great, we loved the pool along with the beachfront location. On check we were kindly upgraded to a suite, it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Rooms and immaculate, with plenty of storage space. The staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Cons: Nothing everything was lovely.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Helea Lifestyle Beach Resort, new modern hotel with beautiful gardens close to the Rhodos city center. We were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view and with a private courtyard - a big plus! The food was delicious, the staff was nice and helpful, we didn't miss anything during our stay. We definitely recommend it!

Touristy money grabbing facility with nice beach and pools

Pros: We liked our room with a swim up pool and the private beach. The hotel has everything you need, included an (overpriced) supermarket right outside within the premises. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Pools are many and nice to stay, bars and restaurants are available and the buffet one had plenty of alternatives.

Cons: The swim up pool temperature is way too low to be comfortable. Also other guests walked on our balcony constantly to go visit people they clearly knew next to our room. The private beach is nice but there is no booking of the sun beds so if you go late you just can’t find a place. The restaurants we tried really lacked quality and ultimately for an all inclusive we kept going to the buffet restaurant. We were quite disappointed by the Greek one and cancelled our other two bookings in the Italian and latin American restaurants. Also the menu of the Italian restaurant has wrong spelling. The facility really likes to charge money for everything you ask. Late check out costs 120€ at least, we reserved a taxi from the airport and paid 55€ to then discover that taking a taxi on the go costs 20€ less. The taxi driver they booked for us for a day trip to Lindos told us to call him back because drivers in Lindos don’t go to Kallithea. It’s a lie. We got back easily with one and also paid 5€ less compared to the one booked by the Hotel. The pillows and sheets smell of mould and are also often stained. The bathroom is super humid with humidity bugs running around. It rained twice and the Hotel has water dropping in from the roofs of the corridors of the hall which is sad to see for a resort and the price you pay. There were buckets, towels on the floor.

Great hotel, staff were lovely and it had a real luxury feel.

Pros: The hotel is well designed and has a real luxury feel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is great. The facilities were great and it was nice to have cocktails included and branded drinks.

Cons: We could hear everything in the halls when we were in our room. So clearly it woke me up a good few times in the mornings due to kids screaming/laughing/shouting. Not their fault but something could be done to the walls to avoid this. The food in the buffet could be better, we weren’t too impressed by this.

Excellent resort…probably the best family break we’ve had.

Pros: Very clean, modern, and in good state of repair. Food excellent - levels above similar all inclusive offerings in respect of quality and freshness of food. Relaxed vibe was great with no entertainment team pestering…we were left alone to have a great recharging family break.

Cons: Non-sandy beach. No consistency on quality of alcoholic drinks (cocktails hit and miss…though the good ones were very good).

Pros: The stuff is amazing! Great rooms! The all-inclusive is a big bouns to this hotel (including the alcohol)

Cons: The water is the swimming pool as cold as hell
