Perfect family spot!
Pros: An amazing experience! We enjoyed every single day of our stay. The room was clean, and the food was excellent. Each evening we got to taste different dishes from various cultures, which made it extra special. I have a 2.5-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved the shows and the interactions with Minnie Mouse and Stitch. A big shoutout to the staff as well—they were always kind and helpful whenever we needed something. A very special thank you to Isabella and Phillip, who were truly amazing! Their friendly chats and all the help they offered made our stay even more memorable. TRULY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! We will definitely be back!
Cons: The communication about our VIP bracelets was poor. We didn't understand what more priveleges that we had compared to others...

Pros: Hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. Loads of sun loungers and umbrellas, great pool size with a slide
Cons: Hotel was a good 10 minute drive from Rhodes town itself which was costly at €15 each way

Perfect for families, good value for money
Pros: Hotel staff was exeptional. We had a small misunderstanding during check-in, situation was resolved very quickly and professionally plus we received a room upgrade that made our family vacation much more enjoyable! Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, our room was always clean and we felt very comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and dinners were very good! Family room with the private pool is fantastic :)
Cons: Door in our room didn’t close well and should be fixed.

It was a lovely stay with a nearby beach that wasn't crowded. Would probably stay there again!
Pros: The food choices were good and it was lovely to have snacks available outside of the set meal times. Staff were very friendly and worked extremely hard! The rooms were cleaned daily to an exceptional standard. Facilities in the room were very good.
Cons: Was a little boisterous and overwhelming when we arrived as the entertainment and the bar is right next to reception. People were chatting and drinking in the lobby and it was pretty much like that every night! People were friendly though.

Pros: This resort is fantastic.. beautiful place, ppl are making you feel like a family member. Rooms are clean, food is amazing, drinks are great, beach is 3-4 minutes by walk, sea is crystal clear, sand beach is amazing. Everything was great - we loved it..

Great value family friendly hotel
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
Cons: Communication could have better regarding the booking of the on site restaurants and the activities however this did not impact our stay negatively.

well organized family friendly resort
Pros: good location, close enough to both faliraki and rhodos town, so itll take you about 10-15mins both ways by car. staff is extraordinarily friendly, every single one of them, all kids friendly too, the children loved them! room was basic but clean and very spacious. housekeeping was very good, they changed towels twice a day which is nice after the pool and also once again after dinner so you have freah towels again! food was also okay for the price and considering its an all inclusive hotel!
Cons: the beach was not as close as expected, still close enough, its just a little walk but its a rather steep hill down with cars coming back and forth.

Overall excelent price/quality hotel
Pros: The staff at the hotel are really nice and the facilities were good. I loved the food, always found something that i liked and never went hungry, big thumbs up for the severall Hotel handmade yogourts. Kids were happy eating kids food: french fries and pizza :-) Beach is lovelly with a very nice bar with DJs performing all day. Rhodes old town is 10 km away and a lovelly place to visit, no wonder is an UNESCO world heriage town...
Cons: Gym is very small but has the basics and you can keep fit nonetheless Never used the Pool, got the feeling people drink all day but never go to the WC...

Family enjoyed vacation.
Pros: Personel is very friendly and helpful. Territory is good and well organized. Strong A-class (4+*) hotel. Greek restaurant dishes were nice and tasty. Nice and warm sea.
Cons: Some minor things like poor lunch. Poor sea shelf which is full of construction waste, becomes better at the far end of the beach.
