Pros: Excellent location and right on the beach. The resort is geared towards families and we all enjoyed our stay

Pros: Great location, food, and entertainment. We spent a great holiday there!

Cons: - The hotel didn't provide an iron when I asked for it at the reception. It's a basic thing, please fix it. - Sometimes the music at the main pool was too loud.

Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Waterpark is so much fun for kids and adults. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: 1. Only 2 employees at reception in high season! We had to wait about 30 min for check in (at 9pm) and check out. 2. We also had an issue with shower in our room, the water didnt go away, inspite of the fact that our room was renovated. 3. My kid visited kids club, but unfortunately staff at kids club didnt bother to expain anything what game was going on, as they were playing with kids who speak swedish, german. My kid speaks greek/english. So staff was playing with most of the kids, but not minors who spoke english.

Pros: Very clean & friendly staff, especially the Girls from the Kids Club!

Pros: Great hotell. Large area and lot of sun beds, so there is no need to reserve or fight for your spot (altough there was those reserve my seat people every morning :D ). We had one issue with our room, but the staff handeled it quick and after that there was no problems. Staff was extra nice and helped with everything. Food had lot of choices and there was everything for everyone. Animation team was also very great - They are doing a good job! Totally recommend the hotel :) Its a great place for familys with smaller children. Since there are many children, I would not recommend it for couples looking for a quiet getaway.

Cons: Only problem to say was the cleaning. First day we found someone elses trousers between the bed and the nightstand. Pillows did not have pillowcases and we had to ask from the cleaners separately to have them put on. Have to say that in my opinion the only cleaning was making the bed (the bed sheets was probably only changed once during the week) and dusting open spaces- under the bed there was a lot of dust. But since we didn't stay indoors all day, it wasn't a particular problem for us.

Pros: The entire place is exceptionally well ran. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Lots of pools to choose from and all were different levels of busy, quiet etc. All inclusive options were brilliant and food was very good inclusion gluten free.

It’s all good and we enjoy a lot. Thanks for the birthday cake for my daughter.

Pros: All the facilities, entertainment, every day activities, the staff is very greatfull, but maybe those un the kitchen are tired already therefor they look exhausted and very busy cant find time to smile.

Cons: Utensils found not 1 but many cup and spoon, pork and knive is not clean. Cleaner is good, very fast and look clean and smell good. Not until you check under the bed and under sofa, lot of dust need more vacuum or mop.

Pros: All of the staff were kind and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel for families. Hotel provided many activities,several pools from crowdy to quiet ones. Food was in a good quality with visibly listed allergens, no problem for gluten-free diet. Many food points by pools or beach.

Cons: The included drinks are uniformly horrible. Poor quality across the board. The wine in particular is laughably bad, and the rest of the alternatives are only marginally better (though still garbage). If you plan to smash cocktails by the pool all day, well... You may be disappointed :) The food was OK. Loads of options, loads of fresh veg and fruit during the meals too. I can only recommend that the resort add some healthier snack options in between meals (beyond crepes, ice cream and popcorn)

Pros: The water park had really fun slides. Also the pink WAVE animation team was AMAZING, really friendly and fun. Kids club and teenage club also activities for parents. There's 5 swiming pools very clean, delicious food, good selection of drinks. We didn't even go to explore Rhodes because the resort was so good. Every evening there was a show (performers, comedy, dance...) Perfect holidays, Can't wait till next summer definetly will come back here by any means necessary. Love Greece ❤️
