Pros: Everything was perfect, The best service we come back definitely

Good for the family.

Pros: Good selection and delicious food, helpful, friendly and polite staff, clean room. The outside territory and pools were also cleaned everyday.

Cons: Quite a walking distance from the sea, the free hotel bus could have more frequent timetable to go to the sea.

Pros: The hotel is really big, there are 4 swimming pools and water slides. The kitchen staff is lovely! Especially the manager there!The food was nice, The room was clean. The activity was lovely. The operating staff are really nice

Cons: There are not enough food options for those with allergies! The restaurant manager did take care of gluten-free food but only at dinner. The room we got was new but small I was with 3 small children and felt really crowded! The kids club was really shabby. Old toys, there's hardly anything to do there. Only on the last day there was dancing by the pool (I was 5 days). And there is a mini disco for kids but it's started really late! It says that it starts at 20:30 but in reality it started at a 20:50 For small children it is really late! You should star it up to at least 19:30. The toilets by the pool are smelly and dirty. The beds were horrible! Not comfortable at all! I felt like I was sinking into the mattress because it was soft

Pros: הצוות היה די אדיב מלא אוכל ושתייה חינם המתקנים טובים הרבה בריכות שחייה הרבה פעילויות בעיקר בשביל הילדים צוות הניקוי היו מצוינים

Cons: אומנם הרבה אוכל ושתייה חינם אך לדעתי רצוי להוסיף עוד כמה פריטים לארוחות וזה יהיה מעל ומעבר .

אחלה מלון - תמורה הולמת פלוס למחיר

Pros: יש תמורה למחיר! המלון טוב, נקי, מקבלים חדר משפחתי אחד גדול, ל5 נפשות, מיטת הורים, מחיצה באמצע, ו3 מיטות ילדים- מיטות נורמליות (כמו חצי מיטה זוגית), לא מיטות מתקפלות. מקלחת גדולה ומרווחת עם ראש טוש גדול - ראש גשם, וגם שפופרת טוש. החדר נקי, ובמצב טוב. מנקים כל יום. הכל כלול: כך שיש שתייה קלה,מוגזת, בירה ויין, כל היום. יש מ10 בבוקר עד 18 בערב בנוסף לארוחות בחדר אוכל, גם אוכל במזנון הבריכה: נגאטס, טבעות בצל, המבורגר, צ'יפס, פירות וגלידה בגביע. 3 ברכות ובנוסף מתחם עם 3 מגלשות מים ממש שוות. כל ערב יש פעילות: הופעה, בינגו, ערב יווני וכד פינג פונג וטניס בחינם (יש בתי מלון הכל כלול שעל זה צריך לשים עוד כסף) וצוות מפעיל במהלך היום: בבריכה, משחקי כדור, טורניר פינג פונג וכד. אחלה צוות, נחמד , שירותי ואדיב. בחדר אוכל צוות שלם דואג על הושבה, פינוי תמידי מהשולחן כדי שהצלחות לא יערמו. שאטל בחינם בתדירות טובה לחוף הים. בקיצור אחלה מלון, תמורה לגמרי הולמת למחיר

Cons: לא מקבלים שמפו, ולא קונדישינר. שמפו בסיסי כדי להתקלח ולחפוף כל יום אחרי הבריכה. מגבות בריכה-צריך לשלם.

Bon séjour

Pros: Le personnel était au top ! La nourriture de bonne qualité. La chambre était très propre. Merci

Cons: J’ai du payer une deuxième fois la taxe de séjour. L’agent d’accueil ne voulait pas nous rendre nos cartes d’identité si je ne payait pas. Bien sûr une plainte suivra à mon retour de vacances.

Pros: El hotel es muy lindo grande, las piletas y los toboganes son hermosos la.comida muy buena y el personal del restaurant son muy amables, lo unico malo era que no andaba bien el aire acondiciinado y en la habitacion te morias de calor.

Z chęcią zostałabym dłużej

Pros: Doskonale jedzenie, super pokój przy basenie, fajne zjeżdżalnie do basenu, bardzo miły personel.

Cons: Bardzo marnie sprzątane pokoje, duży minus to brak wymiany ręczników. W zasadzie to były tylko wyrzucane śmieci i ścielone łóżka i to też co kilka dni.

Pros: ארוחת הבוקר והערב היא אש, הצוות נחמד ואדיב, ארוחת הצהריים הרגישה לנו מיותרת בגלל הכמות נשנושים הקיימים על הבר של הבריכה, הבר של המלון פתוח מ17:00-23:00 והמבחר שם עבור האופציה של הכל כלול מדהים, בין אם זה שתייה קלה ועד קוקטיילים ומשקאות מעורבבים. יש שאטלים לכיוון הים ואוטובוס שנוסע ישירות לפילראקי תוך 15 דק' ב2.5 יורו אם יש וייב לברי קוקטיילים ומסיבות.

Cons: הוויפיי היה קצת מסריח באיזורים מסוימים, ספציפית בחדר שלנו הקליטה מזעזעת, כל פעם התרסט אך בשאר המתחמים בין אם זה המסעדה או הבריכות הקליטה טובה. שימו לב שאם תרצו ללכת להסתובב בעיר, זו הליכה של משו כמו 10-15 דק' ובאיזורים מסוימים בערב אין כלל תאורה ויש חושך עצבני.

Pros: Personāls lielisks (ēināšanas zonā jo īpaši)! Baseini pie viesnīcas visiem bērnu vecumiem!

Cons: Tā arī nesapratām- ik pa brīdim numuriņā uz 3 sekundēm pazuda elektrība (līdz ar to izslēdzās arī kondicionieris), visbiežāk vakaros!
