Pros: Our stay at Asterias Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is extremely clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized, which immediately leaves a great impression. The atmosphere is lovely and made our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional – any initial issues we had were resolved quickly and with a smile. We would especially like to thank Christos, Alex, and Georg from the reception, who were always helpful, as well as Marina and Mariaelena from the main restaurant, whose warmth and attention made us feel at home. All in all, our experience at this hotel was outstanding, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a holiday filled with genuine Greek hospitality! 🌊✨

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach

Pros: Amazing grounds wonderfully maintained, size of the room and the balcony, food variety, service with the smile, private, wonderful beach, swimming pool (I don't like pools, but the size of the main pool is amazing), extra comfy beds, excellent air con. Very good spa and excellent service. Not related to hotel itself, but the public transport works really well. We used public buss to visit both Lindos and Rhodes

Cons: there are two main reasons I didn't tick 10. Despite booking the room for 3 people and even contacting the hotel prior to our arrival to remind them of that fact, when we arrived late at night (02h), the sofa bed was not being made up and with limited staff on site, it took some time for the issue to be resolved. The second reason is that despite the hotel having spa and gym facilities and two toilets with showers, only one toilet with shower is open for use after 5pm. As a result, all guests who travel late in the evening, and there were few of us, had to use that one shower (one male and one female). On top of that those showers do not have shower curtains so unless you were the first to use it there was a pool of water on the floor spreading well beyond the shower cubicle making them dangerous to use but also impossible to keep your cloths dry especially as the shower in male toilet did not even had a hook to leave your beg and/or towel. I simply could not understand why the guests who had to check out can not still use spa or gym showers after 5pm. We were always able to do that in all better hotels we stayed. Further minor issue is the size of the sofa bed. As I noted, the room is really large and lovely, but badly furnished in terms of functionality (look is fine). The maximum occupancy in their standard room is 3 adults, but the sofa bad can accommodate only someone very slim and not too tall, or rather good enough for a child rather than a third adult. Also, rather than having bed side cabinets the room has 2 bed side tables resulting in the whole room having 1 draw on top of the built in fridge. The top shelf in the wardrobe is completely occupied by spare duvets! We travel light and had only luggage and no suitcases but we still struggled to unpack our cloths.

Pros: The property was HUGE! This resort was stunning, from the views in the morning to the views at the night. The staff were exceptional and gave us the most amazing stay. We were upgraded to the private pool room, and the sea view rooms were just immaculate. We were not bored at all, from the entertainment to the programmes the property had on, it was perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Cons: The only downfall would be the ants and bugs that got into the room.. but as soon as we told the receptionist, they dealt with the matter swiftly but I would still stay again

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and in a great location by the beach.

Cons: There isn’t a lot to do in the surrounding area but not an issue if you hire a car/bike.

Great base for exploring!

Pros: Resort was lovely and had all the amenities, I especially liked the chill out pool as it was closer to the sea and you got a stronger breeze and it had comfier sun beds! The spa was great too and had special offers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a 10 min walk to the local town which had shops and bars. Perfect location to view the island

Cons: No full length mirror in the rooms which was expected in a 5star hotel. The beach was stony when getting into the sea.

Good 4 star hotel

Pros: Cleanliness and service were at the level. The food was tasty, but nothing wow. The pool area was ok. Internet in the room was very good, but we lived in the main building - it was not so good elsewhere. Although the first impression was a maximum of 7 points, after spending a week there the overall impression improved. Also, the hotel was completely full, but there was no fight for sunbeds. I definitely recommend visiting the nearby Agathi Beach. (30 min. trip with car)

Cons: Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4 star. Breakfast could have been more varied. Same thing every day. Thorns and other natural debris in the beach area that sting the legs. Activities should be improved. For example, the children's disco was a joke. The towel change starts only at 10:00 and only in the main building, which is far from the sea and the pools (it's not logical)

Clean, beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff!….

Pros: We had a very good stay here, the staff is sooooo friendly, everybodyfrom the cleaning ladies to the reception and especially the staff in the restaurant! The food was excellent, good variety and everyday also greek specialities… Thanks to Thea , Anastasia and the maitre , they Made us feel so welcome. The hotel,was also very very clean everywhere.

Cons: A bit sad was that they have a la carte restaurant, but this was only open for 1 day a week…the beds are not super comfortable, if you are looking for a lot of animation, this is not the right hotel, but for us this was perfect. If you want bars or shops, then you need to take a taxi to the nearest centre.

Very pleasant stay in a super comfy resort

Pros: The resort is big, but not filled with too many people and even at the restaurant there’s always a table available, and baby chairs too. The buildings fit perfectly with the environment. The staff is amazing, they are all kind and always available to help. The rooms was spacious and clean, the lady in charge of cleaning is very kind and the room was always cleaned and tidy. I was worried about food, but we were surprised to find out things were different everyday, with a big choice between vegetables, meat and fish + something always prepared at the moment on the grill. The pools are nice, the one for babies has a nice slide and water games, kids will surely enjoy. The beach is not one of the best, but very closed to the resort and easy to reach. There are sunbeds and umbrellas you can use. The two bars are in strategic positions, with a wide offer of foods and drinks. There’s a supermarked inside the resort and another just crossed the road.

Cons: Rooms are nice, but a bit old. It was full of ants 😵‍💫 they were everywhere in the room, expecially in the single bed, where my baby was supposed to sleep. There’s a race in the morning to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas, so you have to make sure you manage to get one (which i found very annoying and unfair!!!). The beach is not very nice, nothing specials compared to some others in Rhodes, but the water is still very nice and clean. The dessert buffet was a bit boring, always serving the same things everyday. If you want fresh orange juice for breakfast you have to pay 2€/glass, which i find a bit strange in a 5 stars resort. Bars and restaurant close very very early, which is a bit annoying (most of guests are German and have dinner very early, but closing at 9 pm is a bit too much).
