Marathon Hotel - All Inclusive

Pros: Excellent location and base for travelling Staff very friendly in restaurants and bar area

Overall the hotel is excellent. Very good staff, very good food and good value for money!

Pros: Food was hot and very good and the soups were also hot and tasty! Loved the variety at breakfast especially the sliced mushrooms and the cooked tomatoes! Hotel is within easy walking distance of the bus stops which serve Rhodes town (K4) and Lindos (K7).

Cons: Toaster at breakfast was a hot plate sandwich maker type and not the traditional conveyor type so people were quing up waiting and it takes too long to cook a piece of toast. We went away at the end of season so the entertainment was a little repetitive.

Pros: Conveniently situated, friendly staff, clean hotel

Cons: Entertainment at pool tends to be loud, don't expect early nights sleep

Pros: We really liked the location of the hotel, quite close to the beach and right beside the town. The room was always clean.

Cons: We booked a room with a private pool but in all honesty it didn't really have a lot of privacy. The food was average. Also the pictures on the hotel should be updated as they don't look the same when you go into the hotel.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: It’s a simple but very nice hotel. 2 swimming pools but not enough beds for everyone. The all inclusive was superb, plenty of food, only the drinks were not that good

Perfect for a week away in the sun

Pros: Max and the bar staff were great. Hotel was clean and food was really good!

Pros: The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, the staff were helpful , food was great. Every night there was an event . Shops and cafeteria are around.

Pros: We appreciate the friendly bartenders (best greetings for them 😉) and the polite staff, which enhanced our experience. The tasty food with wide variety provided was a delight. The comfy beds offered a good rest, with one having two levels and another being a double bed. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience for all of us.

Cons: I hope this message finds you well, and I would like to address the situation concerning the noise levels emanating from the bar late at night. The loud music played until after 1 am is causing a disturbance to the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. In addition, establishing a water station would be greatly appreciated, for filling water bottles or glasses any time of the day or night.

Pros: We were a large group, so this accommodation was absolutely perfect for us. There were two pools, food available from morning until night, and different evening entertainment every day. All the staff were amazing – special shout-out to Agnieszka at the reception who took great care of us. The food was excellent and varied. The location is also ideal – situated between Rhodes Town and Lindos. Kolymbia beach is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and one of the most beautiful beaches, Tsambika, is only a 10-minute drive away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and have very little to complain about.

Cons: Drinks (alcohol and soft) tasted a bit cheap, but that’s just a matter of personal preference.

Pros: I had an amazing holiday at Marathon hotel , definitely I will be back, the managers are so caring loving people, the staff are very hard worker , the food was amazing, I had enjoy everything and I recommend!! the guys who works at the bar are so lovely and I will miss everyone that I met there, the food was very tasty and varieted , the housekeeper team are incredible. Receptionists also are very communicative and helpful. thank you guys for everything ❤️ will miss your all .

Cons: I'm not gonna say I didn't like but I will sujest that the band that play songs at the hotel should play more old songs like dancing queen , as a far I could see there's more enjoyment when 80s songs are playing .
