Friendly staff with nice facilities and will go home with a smile on your face.

Pros: The breakfast was better than normal abroad and I would give it a 7/10, the staff was so polite and helpful and the best we have been to for being there for you and being very nice.

Cons: Only a small issue really but on the beach the sun loungers was all full and we had to go back to the hotel and I would suggest more sun loungers for holiday makers but it did not spoil our holiday any and no place will be 100% perfect but the Leonardo Resort was pretty close to it and well done and we will be back again for sure.

5 star resort

Pros: 5 star hotel, very good location next to the beach and the main market of Kolymbia, Top service, amazing gardens, very kind and professional staff, always greeting you in Greek with a smile, modern and cleaned rooms and well maintained facilities !! Great job !! We will come back the next year for sure !

Excellent all inclusive hotel with great facilities

Pros: The variety and quality of the food across all 3 meals of the day was excellent. We were upgraded to a ground floor apartment with mini pool. The apartment was exceptional and the bed very comfortable

Cons: As the weather is cooler in October the swimming pool water could do with being warmed up.

Brilliant hotel and had such a lovely time :)

Pros: Staff are so so lovely and helpful- always smiling. Lovely treats throughout, we got a bottle of cava on arrival and a fruit bowl, and gifts when we left. The reception staff, bar staff and animation team all fun and friendly (so were all the taxi drivers!) Food was great and really consistent, location was lovely as lots of shops and bars nearby, beach about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons: I wish there was a water fountain - if we did not have our room serviced, the tap water isn’t drinkable so we had to buy water or wait until the restaurant was open to top up our water bottles. Also the maids can talk very loudly in the mornings outside our room sometimes when we were still sleeping

Excellent resort!

Pros: Everyone was very kind and welcoming, very clean and beautiful place. The food was tasty with a lot of options.

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable. But its the only thing that wasn't so good about this experience.

Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the staff were phenomenal and were so attentive as were all the activities and entertainment.

Cons: The lack of cupboard space in the rooms.

Pros: Wonderful and exceptionally helpful staff who make this hotel fabulous! I went with family and friends for a wedding and the staff went above and beyond, especially Anna on reception. The hotel itself is a very short walk to the beach and near restaurants if you fancy eating out.

Cons: Nothing - all was amazing

Cozy stay at the hotel

Pros: Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Lobby area is very nice. Not giant, cozy hotel where you find a place for yourself. Food is not fancy, but good quality.

It was a pleasant stay however could have been better if we got the room for which we paid for.

Pros: They allowed us have lunch on the day we vacated to our surprise, we had impression that the lunch is not included (we took all inclusive)

Cons: We have booked a large twin rooms with large double bed and sofa etc, the room we were given was tiny. The toilet/bath was very small. A friend of mine could not use the toile because of the cramp space and he used common toilets available within building.
