Utopia Luxury Suites - Old Town

Amazing stay. Amazing property. Amazing location. Amazing hosts Effie & Giannis.

Pros: The property is just amazing, it is cute and has everything you need and more! We had the apartment with the outdoor swimming pool which although cold was so lovely and refreshing for the unexpected bit of sunshine we got. The location is truly perfect, we explored and indulged in the vast array of restaurants, shops and bars. But the BEST part of our trip to Utopia were Effie and Giannis!! They were the most incredible hosts, my husband and I felt like they were family the instant we met them, they were so kind and welcoming and made our stay what it was AMAZING! We will be back for sure Effie and Giannis! Thank you for memorable break. :) Hayley & Scott Merry

A quiet, refined place to stay, with delightful hosts.

Pros: We loved the location, the comfort, and especially the host and hostess.

Cons: I wish breakfast had been served, but we were staying out of season…we were alone at the location.

Effie and Yiannis were exceptional hosts, welcomed us and made our trip feel extra special! :)

Pros: Beautiful apartment, in a beautiful area. We felt really safe and very well looked after! Hosts Effie and Yiannis gave all information to us upon arrival, greeted with smiles and made us feel at home right away! I cannot be more thankful for the excellent hosting experience we had, was truly a trip to remember!

Cons: Due to time of year we experienced a lot of thunderstorms but our thoughtful hosts accommodated for this, ensuring we were okay and even provided an umbrella for us so that we could go for walks still among the town!

Pros: Rhodes is a magnificent island, and Utopia is the coziest place in old town. I was so warmly welcomed by dear Efi and Yiannis! Their house was a real gem – clean and cozy, literally everything you could need, a delicious breakfast, perfect in the heart of the old town, and a magical evening in the jacuzzi. In places where everything is done with love, you feel at home! With all my heart I wish only the best for you and your amazing hotel!

Pros: The place was absolutely amazing! And the couple who owns it are so lovely and welcoming ! It felt like every tiny aspect was well thought And the outcome is a perfect place for a vacation The location is just at the center but still quit and secluded , and the breakfast was such a treat every morning :) We had such an amazing stay we will definitely come back and almost didn't recommend so no one else will steal the catch ;)

Cons: Nothing ! Every tiny detail was perfect

Pros: Amazing hotel experience. The rooms look even better than on the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the port transfers. Soundproofing was good. We did not hear any other guests during our stay. The location is quite simply superb. It's right in the middle of the old town, with several good restaurants and cafes within a minute walking distance. The jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Its served fresh in your room. Bonus points: the owners take good care of the kitties in the area

Pros: Amazing hosts, amazing location, and an absolutely amazing hotel. Sitting in the pool at 2 a.m. was unforgettable. The hosts were the best part—warm, friendly, and they even set up our room for our honeymoon. Couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll be back!

Great room and stay, with the loveliest hosts

Pros: Very friendly hosts- the best we have had! The room was lovely and spacious and within its own court yard. We had our own private court with hottub which was just fab. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh and modern and well equipped kitchenette also.

Cons: There was nothing not to like…

Pros: The place was lovely and the breakfasts superb - real top quality ! A lot of money has been spent on these apartments and they are outstanding and have a beautiful location in the old town. The hosts could not do more for you !

Amazing Place - Fully recommended !!!

Pros: We liked everything, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, super clean, very comfortable, ideal location in the heart of an old town. Amazing owners Effie and Giannis - super kind and helpful. We have been in Greece many times before and this one when it comes to accommodation was by ALL means The BEST !!! I recommend this accommodation to everyone who value mega cleanliness, mega comfort, delicious breakfast - Thank You very much Reta for amazing breakfast served outside our room every morning :-). When we come again to Rodos it will be our accommodation for sure.

Cons: I would be a tremendous liar if I write that I did not like something :)
