Pros: Very nice house, well situated, fully equipped and with a very nice host (Maria)

Pros: The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 5. It was extremely well located near the harbour and did not require too much walking up steps with luggage. Would highly recommend this place to others. The bottle of wine was an added bonus!

Cons: The top floor was not insulated so the second floor bedrooms could hear everything from above. Not a big issue. It would have been nice to have a bigger balcony so the family could enjoy a drink outside and watch the sunset but really such a small thing

Highly recommend this spacious and clean villa right in the heart of Symi.

Pros: This 3 bedroom villa is in a perfect location. Right in the heart of Symi and 5 minutes walk from the port. It was extremely spacious for our family with a large living area and bedrooms. We were welcomed with some fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The shower was large and great water pressure compared to many other BnBs we stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Hyggelig vert som møtte oss på kaien. Svarte raskt hvis vi lurte på noe underveis. Romslig og ren leilighet.

Cons: Uteplassen (balkongen) er ikke stor og har kun plass til to personer. Ikke så rart, med tanke på byhusenes utforming i sentrum. Dette visste man også om på forhånd, så ingenting å klage på. Eneste som var negativt var at det er null isolasjon mellom etasjene, og at man dermed kan høre det minste lille fottrinn (eller prating) fra etasjen over/under. Ikke et stort problem for oss som reiste fire voksne, men vil anta at dette er mindre gunstig hvis man feks reiser med små barn som gråter/våkner tidlig.

Visite idéale à Symi

Pros: Appartement très bien placé confortable et pratique. Nous avons garé la voiture sur la place facilement. Maria est très sympa le contact est facile. L’appartement est au centre de tout: restaurants navettes en bateau vers les plages balades.

Η διαμονή μας όταν ευχάριστή και το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό.

Pros: Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά ήσυχο. Υπάρχουν σε μικρή αποσταση εστιατόρια και καφέ που μπορείς να πάρεις πρωινό ή να γευματίσεις.

Cons: Παρόλο που έκανα πληρωμή μέσο booking αυτή δεν ολοκληρώθηκε και επρεπε να πληρώσω στο κατάλυμα.

Pros: Perfect place for a big family. Close to the center and clean!

Pros: Το σπίτι υπέροχο, σχεδόν πάνω στο γεφυράκι πολύ πολύ κοντά δηλαδή στην αγορά, είχε όλες τις ανέσεις από πλυντήριο μέχρι το τελευταίο αξεσουάρ κουζίνας. Μας περίμεναν παγωμένα νερά, φρούτα και κρασί, καφέδες για εσπρεσερια. Συγχαρητήρια στη Μαρία εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα το ίδιο και ο Σταύρος ο αδερφός της!!

Cons: Το μόνο προβληματάκι είναι το στρώμα στη μία κρεβατοκαμαρα έχει κάνει σβολαρακια από τη μέση και πάνω και ότι έχει μια τηλεόραση μόνο στο σαλόνι. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι οι δύο master κρεβατοκαμαρες ειδικά η σοφίτα θέλει μια ακόμα

Great stay in Symi!

Pros: Perfect central location very close to everything. Nice family. Would be great for families or a group with three floors to provide some privacy in sleeping with large kitchen and living room. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities.

Overall, we had a nice stay and it suited our family needs at a good price. We would love to come back again.

Pros: The location is close to everything and the number of stairs to get to it is not very high. The villa is well equiped, the kitchen and living room are suitable for a large family (we were 5 adults plus one child). Two bedrooms are accesible through a rather steep stair at level one and a spatious attic room at second level. We stayed at second level with our one year old and, being middle of June, it was ok, the AC did its job very well even if we weren’t using it while sleeping. Even if the stairs are steep, they are very well lightened, we were able to go up and down with the little one in a safe way.

Cons: For older people, stairs could be an issue. Everything that is discussed in the bedroom at 1st floor is heard in the attic😁. The couches in the living are not extensible so they don’t really represent a back-up in case attic room is too hot or hard to access.
