Pros: Appartamento moderno e con tanti comfort, spazioso e adatto a tutte le esigenze. Ampio giardino, camere grandi, bagno bene attrezzato, cucina con elettrodomestici nuovi e ogni tipo di utensile. Soggiorno grande e accogliente.

Cons: Il parcheggio non è all'interno della struttura ma appena ci si affaccia sulla strada, luogo tranquillo e sicuro per tenere l'auto al di fuori ma migliorabile

Appartamento nuovo ed in zona comoda

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, ottimamente rifinito. Distante da old Town rodi circa 10 minuti di auto.

Cons: Troppi insetti, formiche e purtroppo anche qualche blatta proveniente dal giardino antistante. Bisogna fare attenzione e tenere chiusi gli infissi.
