This is a beautiful, very private home for total relaxation - I will be back. A 10/10 experience !
Pros: Lovely little touches on arrival ❤️ The privacy and sense of being away from it all despite being 10 mins from the town A very well loved and maintained home A great self catering option Superb terrace that gets the sun till about 5 Great communication with Irini the host
Cons: Access up the hill would be a challenge for those with mobility issues

Would love to return!
Pros: Absolutely harming place situated up on a hill, but only five minutes walk down into the main harbour area of Symi. Excellent communications on arrival with the owner/manager who was sweet enough to send a car to pick me up when I arrived on the boat.

Pros: The property is in a great location in Gialos, close enough to the port for an evening stroll but far enough away to be unaffected by the large number of day trippers. There is a small road next to the property, with infrequent traffic. This same road leads over the top of the hill to Nimborios (another bay) and some beautiful views (including at sunset/sunrise). The property was very clean, in good order, and well-appointed. There was a small welcome pack of groceries (including drinks) on arrival, which I much appreciated. I would definitely be happy to return.
Cons: Symi, overall, has accessibility issues - it is not all on the flat - so, this needs to be taken into account when planning a holiday there. This property is on a steep incline and each of the floors is reached using a (well-designed) ladder staircase. I enjoyed the extra exercise and extra breeze and extra views from being on the hillside, but others might find this location challenging.

A home away from home
Pros: It's a really pretty house with a large outdoor sitting area. Pick up from harbour. A lot of attention to detail like the the gifts (fridge magnet, drinks and snacks), good wifi, spacious. The washing machine came in handy, especially after island hopping, and the coffee machine was clutch. Padding so you dont hit your head. A little home away from home, this is just perfect. Highly recommended it.

The typical colourful house in Symi
Pros: Very nice little house. With an amazing terrace and all what you need for your stay. The owner was very kind.
Cons: Difficult to park near the house with a big car. Good only for people with good mobility

Comfortable, well equipped, helpful owner.
Pros: It is just out of the main town, up a slight incline but walkable to the port. Everything was clean and tidy. The kids enjoyed having their beds on different levels. Nice balcony which we would have used more if it wasn’t so hot! Owner was very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags the next day when we did a water taxi visit to nearby beach. Wine and beers were kindly there on our arrival which we were grateful of when as we were so hot and sweaty. The owner also arranged for us to be collected from the port on our arrival which was great.

Individuell & einfach sehr schön 🤩
Pros: schmuckes & komfortables Häuschen etwas oberhalb mit grandioser Terasse (n), nette Gastgeberin, tolle Küchenausstattung, es waren sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank, Olivenöl und weitere Kleinigkeiten. Uns hat die Abgeschiedenheit mit Ausblick gefallen, man ist dennoch schnell im wunderschönen Hafen oder in der anderen Richtung über den Berg zu einer traumhaften Badebucht. Kommen gern mal wieder 👍
Cons: alles super, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um den Berg hochzukommen und die Treppen zu steigen, ist aber für Symi eh ein Muss 😉
