Rhodes 5 star place of tranquility
Pros: Strategically located next to Tsambika (few min drive) one of the best beaches on the island, with sandy shores, Wibit park for kids and one of the best quality restaurants we visited on the island. Impeccably clean, which was above expectations knowing the Greek islands are usually less organized and maintained than the mainland facilities. This is a brand new villa, that deserves a 5 star rating. Fantastic place. Comes with nice extras: beach umbrella, sand toys, inflatables, on top of the fully equipped infrastructure: grill, outside shower, jacuzzi, equipped kitchen etc. Parking in front of the house. Large, beautiful, tastefully arranged garden. Quality interiors with attention to details giving you a home away from home countryside/seaside feeling. Brand new and spotless. Would rate the welcome, avaialability and local advise by Anna 6 stars if I could. If you rent a car and look for your own island of tranquility well situated it is highly recommended for you.
Cons: Even if it is a stone house you'll need to use the AC as the trees next to the house are not fully grown yet to shade it fully, but there are mosquito nets on all doors.

Pros: The villa is in a perfect location a short walk to the centre and beach. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay. It was lovely to come back to our own space rather than a crowded hotel. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen including a washing machine that we found very useful. Also we arrived late at the villa but the hosts made sure we had food and drinks in the fridge which was very thoughtful and a lovely touch. The host also came to clean and change the bedding and towels of the villa frequently. Checking out was made easy and we are already looking to book for next year.

Pros: We stayed with family in this villa for almost 2 weeks in August 2024. General impression - we are just delighted! The villa is absolutely new, equipped with everything you need. 2 bedrooms, living room, very cozy terrace with a dining area. Aroud the villa is beautiful olive garden with singing cicadas. It is a very private and quiet place exactly for those, who do not like noisy hotels and want some tranquility and comfort with a Greek flavor. Special praise deserves the owner Anna - a very friendly, caring and kind person. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sandy beach in a picturesque bay is 2 minutes by car or 7 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes on foot, the nearest mega-market is 7 minutes by car. In the evening, after the day heat on the beach, you can sit with a glass of wine on a cozy veranda or sit on the second floor balcony looking mountains and stars. Great place! We will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Pros: L’endroit est magnifique, est proche de la mer. La villa est nouvelle et très belle et très fonctionnelle. Les hôtes (Anna, Sakis et Georgakis ) sont des personnes extraordinaires et généreuses. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!!!!

Einfach perfekt!
Pros: Die Villa ist einfach perfekt! Wunderschön, bequem, ordentlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Gastgeberin war super nett & freundlich, hatte uns sogar etwas in den Kühlschrank getan, weil wir sehr spät angereist sind. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, Mückengitter sind an den Fenstern und sogar eine Waschmaschine ist da. Der Whirlpool war schön warm, die Terrasse ist nett gestaltet und die Außendusche hat ebenfalls warmes Wasser. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, abschließbar, sodass die Kinder auch einfach rumrennen können.
Cons: Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollte klar sein, dass die Treppe aus Stein und recht steil nach oben geht. Dort ist ein Schlafplatz für ein größeres Kind, allerdings ist es kein abgeschlossener Raum, sodass man dann unten im Wohnzimmer leise sein muss. War für uns kein Problem! Leider ist die Terrasse nicht regendicht. Das heißt, die Wäsche wird wieder nass, selbst wenn sie unter dem „Dach“ steht und auch die Polster der Sitzmöbel sind danach total nass. Man kann dem Regen auch nicht draußen zuschauen. War für uns aber auch ok, weil es tagsüber sonnig & heiß war, sodass die Wäsche dann trocken wurde. Die Straße davor ist ziemlich laut, sowohl Autos, Reisebusse als auch Motorräder fahren sehr schnell vorbei. Manchmal hört man auch die Parties der umliegenden Hotels. Aber auch das war kein Problem für uns.
