Fabulous!

Pros: Everything. We loved the location, the villa itself is fabulous and had everything we could think of available for us . Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return sometime.

Really fantastic villa.

Pros: Really nicely finished, nice bedding/towels etc provided. Lovely outside space.

Cons: Not much to dislike; the pool doesn’t get much direct sun but that’s it.

Pros: The Villa is very beautiful designed and is located right in the center of Kolymbia. There are many Shops, restaurants and Bars right in front of the villa. The Villa was equipped with everything you need for your stay and was very clean. For our surprise the villa looked exactly like the pictures. The host was super kind and courteous and even offered to take us with his boat. The pool is super relaxing and was cleaned every day. After 7-10 minutes of walking you can reach the different beaches. There are sandy beaches or stone beaches so you can chose which kind of beach you want. The Villa is perfect for Familys or a group of friends. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can recommend to have a stay at Eftopia Villa.

Cons: The electricity cut off often throughout the day. The host told us it was because of the wild fires.
