Pros: Spacious villa for a family. Nice to have your own space. Felt a bit like being in a resort without all the other people. Driving out the electric gate each day felt posh. :-) You can walk into Kolimbia but you really want a car to get about from here. Driving on the island is really easy.

Cons: Pool was a bit chilly. You are a bit reliant on the car for anything other than Kolimbia. There are restaurants nearby tho.
