Fab stay at Villa Onar

Pros: We loved our stay at Villa Onar! It's true what everyone says, and the villa is very peaceful despite being right off the main street. The outdoor area is spacious and there was always a shady spot throughout the day which was good when it was hot. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the filtered water tap so we didn't have to buy lots of bottles of water. The third bedroom is accessed from the garden which worked well so the grandparents weren't woken up early by our kids! We didn't have a rental car but we could walk to two main beaches which we loved. There is a bus you can get to Lindos or Rhodes town and also places to rent a car 2 minutes from the villa very easily which we did on one day to explore the island more.

Cons: The two bedrooms in the main villa have raised beds but it does mean that it is quite uncomfortable getting in and out of them as essentially it's like a mattress on the floor but they were still comfortable to sleep on.

Wat een geweldige villa. Zo sfeervol. En de restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Pros: Locatie was super. In het centrum maar toch heel rustig.

Pros: Die Villa ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, der Pool und Aussenbereich sind sehr schön und die Lage ist optimal. Besonders nett ist der Eigentümer Panayotis. Als die Feuer im Süden waren, war er für uns da. Die Familie ist sehr zugewandt und achtsam. Es wird herzlich nach einem gesehen ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Einfach sehr nett. Man ist willkommen und die Familie schaut, dass es an nichts fehlt. In direkter Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Läden, wenn man aber drinnen ist, merkt man gar nichts davon. Das Haus ist auch mit den 2 anderen Häusern abgeschlossen mit einem Sicherheitstor, was sicherheitstechnisch natürlich sehr gut ist. Man kann sich alles holen oder essen gehen und Panayotis gibt auch Tipps wenn man das möchte. Alles in allem ein super Haus in prima Lage. Man braucht aber natürlich einen Mietwagen um die Insel zu erkunden.
