Comfortable, clean facilities and friendly, diligent service from staff.

Pros: The room was comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The pool and bar were great!

Cons: All good, nothing we didn’t like!

Good value for money, enjoyed it and would return!

Pros: Was clean, good size rooms that were close to the food and pool, as we had a small family. Air con was good in the rooms ! Breakfast was good, included meats,cheese, breads, jams, fruit yoghurt, hot food as well- eggs, beans mushrooms. Tea, coffee and juices on offer. Pool area was clean. The music at the bar didn’t go on too late, the other customers were fun and friendly. The restaurant next door was also fantastic food with a discount from the hotel. Was a good standard 3 star hotel, we were very pleased with it and would return.

Cons: More tables for breakfast everyone goes at 8am and they struggle for space.

Great say marred by payment issue.

Pros: All was great with the room and food but the experience was marred by the hotel seeking to pass on additional commission levied by its bank when we sought to pay by credit card. We refused and persisted that such was not our responsibility. Eventually they relented and a normal credit card payment was made.

Cons: Just the unpleasantness created when we refused to pay extra commission levied by their bank for us paying by credit card.

Perfect place for family travelling around the island

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were great with quiet a variety. Room was spacious. We really enjoyed swimming pool. There are two supermarkets just around the corner and several restaurants and cafes. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: Hotel is little outdated. Half board didn’t include any drinks (except water) at dinner.

Pros: Great staff, good breakfast. Adults pool is 0.8-1.4 m deep. Kids pool 0.4m. Good family hotel. Beach just 10 min to walk or couple minutes by car.

Pros: Was big but quite. Had snack bar restaurant and a bus stop outside for rhodes and falariki

Cons: Maybe where breakfast was .would be nice to eat outside

When I return to Rhodes, I would love to come back to ROMANZA MARE and it's staff. ❤

Pros: The property was well kept. The best thing I will always remember is the STAFF, from the wonderful lady at the front desk (always helpful, informative, and with a sincere smile on her face. Gave us many beautiful places to visit. \

Cons: There was nothing, we disliked about this property or it's people.

Pros: People in the hotel were very nice, polite and friendly. Food was fine, I think everybody can choose from buffet tables and they were changing food, so every day it was different options.

Cons: Bathroom was very small, but it is in many greek places.

Lovely Hotel very relaxing in quiet location with friendly staff, outside area's need upgrade

Pros: Hotel itself very well kept, breakfast very good and room quite spacious and comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The site wasn't really suitable for my daughter who has walking difficulties as there were a number of very steep ramps and numerous steps. We therefore had to change rooms to the main hotel which had a lift so was okay, but we had to negotiate the ramps and steps to get to the outdoor area's like swimming pool/bar etc. Additionally we feel that the outdoor area's could do with an upgrade to make it safer for everyone and a little bit more going on.
