Amazing all inclusive resort for kids

Pros: Amazing resort for kids. We got a renovated family room - beautiful and comfortable. They placed us on level 1 and the view was a bit disappointing (grey dirty roof from hotel lobby). They moved us to level 2 after i requested a higher level, and got a bit better. From level 4, the view must be amazing. Great beach.

Cons: The swimming pool was around 20 -21 degrees, quite cold. The hotel could invest in a solar pool heater. The beach was warmer than the pool. They could create a green roof with some nice plants which would make the view from level 1 much nicer (when staying at main building facing the beach).

Totally fabulous holiday in a wonderful location with first class facilities and exceptionally clean

Pros: Excellent food choices for all meals, cooked beautifully - Food constantly replenished if getting low

Cons: Quite a lot of people in dining hall at meal times

Pros: The hotel was perfect for kids! Slides and endless entertainment was amazing

Pros: Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location, private beach. Loved the food on offer from all the restaurants

Cons: Had a few instances where the water wasn't hot in the bathroom (warm but not hot). The entertainment schedule could have been clearer rather than a note on the desk. Not enough seating in the blue cafe bar when the entertainment was on, a few occasions where we weren't able to find a seat.

Pros: The greatest service we have ever experienced:)! very kind and helpful staff, especially guys in reception, the waitress, bartenders and cleaning ladies. Everyone was really helpful and kind and made this stay awesome ! Very good food, a lot of entertainment for everyone, nice equipment in the room and amazing beach! We will definitely come back if possible. Thanks also for guest service lady and the awesome gift 🥰

Pros: Fantastic staff, great food variety. Really enjoyed the three girls who did the show on Monday night, they were absolutely amazing 🤩

Cons: Shame about the slide, it needs to run into a pool and work. Suggest a shuttle bus for popular destinations. Also, a standard shower hose would be appreciated

Pros: It was very spacious, clean and organized. Rooms were cleaned regularly, plenty of food choices and two dining locations at any time. Also, it was impossible to skip any meal because there was always at least place that you can go to. As for the beach and pool area, plenty of sun beds, 4 bars, and great programs for kids. It was delightful to be their guest and not to worry about anything, cause it’s all taken care of. Would definitely recommend !

Pros: The part of the hotel where we got rooms is newly renovated, nice materials, new technology, high category. The food was delicious. The staffs were nice and always helpful.

Cons: Overall it was a great stay, what we missed is the real espresso not just the vending machines. We are coffee fans, and unfortunately the bar where we could get espresso opens only early evening. The coast is sandy in a short distance, but at the hotel it is covered by pebbles.

Pros: Great modern room (we had the newly renovated room), good food, great facilities/options for kids.

Cons: Some food and drink options included in all-inclusive were just bad and low quality. Vine was acidic, all postmixes were really too sweet. But there always was a great meal available, you just had to know which one to pick. And drink water/soda, its better for you anyway :). Beer was ok. AC was turning on and off automatically which we had to get used to. On the other hand it was never really too hot or cold.
