Overall really great greek experience!
Pros: We loved the room! We got upgraded to one of the corner suites of the hotel, which had a breathtaking view of the sea and the hotel grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!
Cons: As an architect and design kind of people, the only thing, to consider would be the interior design of the rooms, because it can easily be upgraded and have a huge impact!

Great sunny escape.
Pros: The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and the swimming pool is massive. We stayed in one of the rooms with private pool, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beach is really well equipped, with (free) sun loungers, showers, changing rooms, toilets and it is fully accessible to wheelchair users. The hotel restaurant was good, the staff very professional.
Cons: The hotel is very big and our room with private pool was the farthest away from the breakfast area, which is not great if you have mobility issues. We were really close to the resort next door, and at night we could hear their entertainment. Breakfast can be improved: I drink decaf coffee and the only option was instant coffee - I would expect better options in a five star hotel.

Pros: The place lives up to its five star standards. The pool is massive and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The breakfast is great,( there was even Brut being served) There was piano being played for guests during meals too.

Great view. Great beach. Get ear plugs for Deluxe rooms.
Pros: large territory, large beach, clean and very chill atmosphere. Bathrooms were renovated recently and nice, clean and modern. Majority of working personnel are very friendly apart from small number but even those are polite and professional even though it seems it is hard for them to smile. Most rooms have decent to exceptional sea view. You can always find spare sunbeds on the beach. Even thought WiFi doesn’t work at the far left side of the beach. Thalasso restaurant (a la carte) seems pretty good food but not cheap. Main restaurant is good with plenty of tables outside. Waiters serve the same section usually by the end of the holiday we were choosing seats based on the waiters serving as some were a bit slow while other were excellent.
Cons: Deluxe rooms though having a wonderful sea view are backing on to a highway (traffic starts from about 6am). There is no corridor between rooms in a normal sense. Superior and Elite rooms are in the main building and don’t have that problem. So it might be a bit of a shock but the doors do not have good enough soundproofing. Ear plugs are advised if you are a light sleeper. Also Air con barely cools the room and it is pretty noisy. On a hot night expect to run air con all night. On the other hand the air con drowns the street noise 🤷♀️. Apart from that hotel is good if a bit dated in places eg the lifts.

Pros: The huge pool and the beach were exquisite. The staff was always attentive and friendly. Overall a very clean and beautiful site.
Cons: The junior suite had one additional, but rather dark room with a tiny TV, so we did not use it at all, as a consequence it seemed pretty useless to us. Furthermore, the water pressure on the shower was very weak.

Pros: Location, beach, pool, staff in all restaurants and bars exceptional, cleaning of the room exceptional, great food.
Cons: Elite room that we stayed had a big balcony of about 20 sq meters. It could’ve had some more furniture on it.

Pros: The location is great right on the beach and near Faliraki bars and restaurants Plenty of parking is you rent a car The staff is friendly and welcoming They upgraded our room upon arrival and gave us a sea view, provided help with the bags and put them in our room for us. The pools are incredible and huge They also have a jewlery store which I loved and got a beautiful bracelet from Room service was great they provided fresh towels twice a day
Cons: Breakfast was a little dull. The omelettes are not made with just eggs they use some liquid which we did not like. They don’t have a coffee machine instead the waiters make coffee and bring to the table which we did not like - the coffee was cold and they did not understand when we asked to make it hotter. Overall I think Everyone like their coffee different and it’s better to let us make it alone.
