Esperos Palace Resort & Spa

A very pleasant stay.

Pros: The variety of food available for breakfast was great. The proximity to the beach was fabulous.

Cons: A couple of the staff in the dining hall at breakfast were rather unhelpful and somewhat rude. However on the whole the staff were friendly.

Pros: Good location, plenty of sunbeds (even though the hotel was fully booked) and large umbrellas, the half board is worth the extra price plenty of choices and different food every evening. The hotel's shop practices wery good prices so you don't have to go to the supermarket for water, beer...etc, although the beach restaurant prices are same as in the city with large portions of good quality food. The reception staff is very helpful we were able to check in earlier and also when we were leaving earlier they recommended to take the breakfast from 6:30 in the neighborh hotel's (belongs to the same group, no extra fees) restaurant.

In genral good

Pros: The cleaning lady will come again round 21:00 everyday to ask if you need extra clean towels, that’s quite nice. The dinner buffet has different themes everyday, food is different, that’s good for half board. The receptionist is helpful for booking the taxi to airport

Cons: Not much show or entertainment activities in the evening. Half board doesn’t include drinks.

Pros: Very good property located right in the beach. Very close to Faliraki town. Spacious rooms. Plenty of activities to do with in the hotel. Good food very friendly staff.

Great experience with everything we wanted

Pros: The grounds are very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day twice, the maid service was excellent! Great breakfast buffet with a lot of variation and options. Fresh fruits. A lot of activities organised and available. The beach was clean, enough sunbeds for the guests and we appreciated that they were free for the hotel guests (you didn't need to order drinks and could eat your own food). Free upgrade to a suite, which was a nice bonus. Good airco in the room, whose strength could be changed manually and automatically. For €2,50 per person you could take a bus to Rhodes town and for €1,50 p.p. to Faliraki, which you could take every 20 minutes!

Cons: The waiters and staff were generally very polite; a few times we overheard them gossiping about the guests in Greek. But they do work very hard and long hours every day.

Nice and quiet holiday

Pros: Everything, but above all the quiet and the nice sea

Cons: The only thing was that I didn‘t like was the quality of the coffee. Really bad

Pros: Beautiful garden, sea, very clean, fantastic food every day, very spacious, always have free sunbeads

Cons: Outside of the hotel is a bit messy, the lifts are a bit slow and full

Just amazing!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Great hotel and the stuff was amazing (especially Emilia from the restaurant and her cousin Panagiotis from the Burger Project restaurant gave us an unforgetable experience). Thank you so much for this awesome stay!

A spacious hotel with great food, friendly staff, and an amazing sea

Pros: The hotel is large and pleasant, offering very good breakfast and dinner options. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly. The beach is wide, though a little bit untidy, but the sea itself is on another level.

Cons: Our inland-view room could use some renovation, particularly the wardrobes, which have clearly seen better days - but these are only minor details.

Amazing relaxing vacay

Pros: Esperos Palace is an amazing hotel designed for relaxing holidays! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, professional, always trying to do the extra mile in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The facilities were spotless, the swimming pools, the area around them, the sunbeds (which is rare) the gardens the restaurant, everything was meticulously cleaned! The food variety during breakfast was impressive and the a la carte restaurant served us excellent food and cocktails! Ps. The rooms are exactly like in the pics hence i am not sharing room pics - spacious convenient with great open 180º view of the sea and the pool! We booked there 2 years ago and we were so satisfied with the experience that we rebooked! ;) Well done guys and keep up the good work!

Cons: Nothing...! Honestly everything was great! We would prefer it for the breakfast to be extended till 11 in the morning as many hotels do nowadays (we hate setting our alarms during vacay) but this is just a suggestion :)
