Pros: Older hotel but with a beautiful view, a great pool, and a beach right next to the hotel, which is not common in Madeira. Everything was clean and comfortable, I have no complaints about the accommodation.
Cons: The food was a bit weaker, but the kids were fine with it. The selection of fruit was sufficient.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff!
Pros: The hotel was gorgeous, our room was amazing, spacious and with an excellent view (side sea view). The room was very quiet and clean, the staff did a great job cleaning it. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful, kudos to them, they make a difference for sure! The animation team was also amazing, making sure that the guests were entertained during the stay. The food was delicious and well presented, we enjoyed every meal in the hotel. The whole stay was an great experience for us, exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the staff, they made our holiday unforgettable!❤️

Enjoyable stay overall
Pros: - Food was tasty, fresh and there were a lot of choice - The hotel was very clean whether room or common price - Staff overall friendly and available - Location was handy relatively close to Rhodes - The animations were good - Room with sea view
Cons: - The hotel had a relatively nice private beach but it was stony so It was not the sandy beach that we would expect for such a 4,5 stars hotel and that could be found in other parts of the Island. - Small things have bothered us during the stay like the 10€ / hour fee to play pool, or the all inclusive which is limited especially for the drinks (i.e. there is a separate menu), animation area was a bit tight in regards to the amount of people...these points do not prevent the stay from being pleasant but they can surely be improved.

Clean, calm and enjoyable
Pros: Sea and beaches were wonderful at Faliraki. I suggest visit all beaches as much as possible. Everyone of them wonderful. During day, there is mini activities. Nightly activites are in concept cycle. Greek Night and ABBA was fun. Hotel personel/staff were friendly. You may ask for anything, they will help you. Due to location, sea and beach were calm and clean. However nights can be windy, we call it Rhodes winds. Bus stop is infront of hotel. Also bus routines during day will cover up day trips. No need to rent car for city trips unless you want to travel whole island. For your visit, Old City at seaport almost takes around 15-25 mins with bus. Bus stops at around 5-10 mins of walk distance. There is also taxi stop at the west of port, next to sea gate.
Cons: Everything was good as expected.

A wonderful Greek holiday
Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was abundant and good. Great location, hotel has direct access to beach. Beautiful sea view. Had a great spa. Special thanks to the staff for helping me celebrate my daughter's birthday. Fun evening entertainment.
Cons: Food selection can be a bit repetitive.

The hotel was stunning, with amazing views, friendly staff, delicious food, and an overall unforgettable experience.
Pros: The hotel is absolutely stunning! The view was simply breathtaking, enchanting me again and again every day. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. What really made my stay special was the extremely kind and attentive staff, they helped with a smile everywhere, genuinely cared about us, and always had a kind word. The food was fantastic, varied, delicious, and met every expectation from breakfast to dinner, everything was perfect. Overall, this place was magical, and honestly, there is nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was a wonderful experience to be here.

Fabulous hotel, well run and friendly staff, can thoroughly recommend
Pros: Loved the lazy river, entertainment staff (particularly Lilla and Guilia), food was good and varied, cocktails were very high standard, bar staff were very efficient and remembered your drinks. Plenty of space on the beach. Entertainment was of a high standard (loved Abba tribute band). Generally a very chilled ambiance.
Cons: Cleaning staff were very noisy, talking very loudly and generally crashing about quite early in the morning. Could do with some more comfortable seating outside - a few sofas etc. Nowhere cool to sit outside during the day. The beach bar gets incredibly hot so we sought refuge in the outside part of the restaurant when it was shut. Treadmills in the gym were out of order for the whole time we were there.
