Ethria Pool Villa with heated jacuzzi

Great hosts, great villa, enjoyable holiday

Pros: Great location and villa was clean. Excellent hosts who visited and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Was just a lovely villa with good facilities. Fantastic local restaurant and also great local beach bar. The villa seems to come with a partially sighted, very friendly cat - cats are everywhere in Rhodes.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Pros: WE LOVED EVERYTHING - Villa Ethria is very spacious and modern and extremely well equipped. It is very private and secure and an easy 10-15 minute walk in Afandou where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa has plenty of outdoor space with comfortable seating and sun loungers and shaded areas to relax in too. It has a beautiful swimming pool which is regularly well maintained, with a large well kept garden. Great air conditioning and WiFi throughout. Beautifully decorated and great facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher etc which we used. Check-in and check-out was very efficiently organised by the management company with great communication every step of the way. We really appreciated the generous Welcome Pack which was waiting for us when we arrived. It was a pleasure to meet the owners, Dimitris and his wife, who are so friendly and kind and very obviously dedicated to ensuring that our time in their villa was totally perfect.

A beautiful brand new villa with exquisite pool and outdoors area.

Pros: Fantastic hosts, we arrived slightly later than predicted but it was easy to communicate with the hosts and keep them up to date. When we arrived we were met at the gates to the property, there was some food and drinks to see us through the night which was a lifesaver. The property is new with all mod cons, very clean inside and out. A beautiful swimming pool in a very relaxing area. Can't recommend this place enough. The hosts checked in with us to make sure all was well and even invited us to a tour of their ceramics studio. There are some amazing golden sand beaches 5 minutes away by car. The air conditioning is located throughout the building and a godsend whilst we were there as it was around 35° everyday. Really lovely break for the family.

Pros: The property was fantastic. The location was perfect. It was a quiet road but only a short walk into the town or supermarket. The pool was a great size and the garden area complete with BBQ was such a nice addition. The house had everything we needed and more. We also had an amazing welcome package of food which was so lovely. Cannot fault the house and surroundings.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Rent, fine bad og godt utstyrt hus. Bra AC og fine uteområder.

Cons: Dårlig kaffetrakter og litt langt til butikken når det er veldig varmt.

Perfektes Haus, das alles hat was man braucht.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Beide Pools waren sehr sauber und der Außenbereich ist perfekt zum entspannten.

Cons: Verbessern könnte man noch, dass Mehrfachsteckdosen vorhanden sind, da mit 6 Personen manchmal zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden sein können

Pros: Beautufull Location. Detached Villa with a beautufull garden. Wonderfull views from upstairs balcony. Great Pool. Very clean villa. Amazing owner left us a big welcome food pack and a present to take home from his familly owned pottery work shop. Very nice welcome from George . Quick reply to any question by mail. Great kitchen with everything you should need and an outside kitchen as well.

Cons: One bath towel per person, they wouldn't bring us any more even after I've requested, told us to wash them. This is not the owner!!! But the managers of the property. Not a real livingroom...small space between the kitchen and enterance. Seems like the dining table is where the living room should be. Needs lots more shade right our side of main sliding doors

Fantastisch

Pros: Het huis is nieuw, heel schoon en modern. De locatie is rustig maar het dorp en de zee is op loopafstand. De eigenaar is heel gastvrij en doet er alles aan dat we een fijne vakantie hebben. Het zwembad is fantastisch en er zijn genoeg zitjes rond het huis om te relaxen. We raden deze villa zeer aan en zouden graag nog een keer terugkomen.

Cons: Alles was goed!

In dem Haus kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!

Pros: Das Haus war super schön und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist auch sehr sympathisch.

Cons: Es gab Nix zu bemängeln.

Άριστη εμπειρία διακοπών.

Pros: Η villa είναι καινούργια (πρώτη σαιζόν λειτουργίας),πολύ καθαρή, άνετη, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και όλος ο εξοπλισμός είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση.Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί άνθρωποι, πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν και να δώσουν πληροφορίες για το νησί.Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται όντως πολύ κοντά στην παραλία της Αφάντου (τρία λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) και σε τοποθεσία κομβική είτε για κίνηση προς την πόλη της Ρόδου είτε προς την Λίνδο.Εδώ πρέπει να σημειώσω ότι η περιοχή, που είναι η villa, παρέμεινε ανέγγιχτη και πολύ μακρυά από τις πρόσφατες πυρκαγιές.Όταν έκανα την κράτηση οι φωτογραφίες που υπήρχαν στο Booking αδικούσαν το ακίνητο.Γενικά η villa προσφέρει ότι υπόσχεται και ακόμα παραπάνω και στην τιμή που διατίθεται είναι μια ιδιαίτερα συμφέρουσα πρόταση. Κλείνοντας θα την χαρακτήριζα σαν μια άριστη πρόταση διαμονής στην Ρόδο, για οικογένεια ή παρέα φίλων. Σίγουρα θα προσπαθήσω να την επιλέξω πάλι αν και δεν νομίζω ότι θα είναι εύκολα διαθέσιμη στο μέλλον.

Cons: Μοναδική έλλειψη (νεότητας) η μη ύπαρξη στεγάστρου για το αυτοκίνητο.Ο ιδιοκτήτης κος Δημήτρης μου είπε ότι είναι θέμα ελάχιστου χρόνου η κατασκευή του.
