We had a great stay. Our room was large and luxurious with views overlooking the beach. An easy walk into town.

Pros: This hotel was beautiful with old world charm. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

Pros: Location great. Breakfast very good. Clean nice rooms. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons: Pool area could do with a bit of an update

Great place to stay, the beach and lovely town 2 mins away

Pros: We went this hotel last summer and enjoyed it so much we went back (first time we have done this) However, even though we enjoyed last year’s stay, this year the Hotel surpassed itself. We couldn’t have had a better time. The suite was great and well looked after by the housekeeping team. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly at breakfast (we advised the hotel in advance that my wife is vegan and she had wonderful breakfast throughout the stay, and so did I)We should particularly mention Julia and Argyros who were exceptional.

Amazing place

Pros: Great place, very clean, very nice staff. I would say great place overall.

Cons: The only downfall for us is the hotel is NOT adults only. We were told by the stuff that they are accepting families with very small kids. There were 5 days in which around swimming pool was absolutely impossible to stay, kids jumping and crying, which is not a problem if we knew from the very beginning that this is the hotel policy. As hotel was promoted as adults only by booking, this was something we was not prepared for and disappointed. The breakfast starts at 8.00, which could be difficult if you wake up early and wants to go to the beach, but overall understandable, as it is vacation time for most of the people.

Pros: In detailed 1.Fantastic Front of house or Reception, I have to give credit to Nectaria and Cristina for their great customer service and friendly way of dealing with each customer. 2.Room- We were given an upgrade which is from garden view to side see room view (take note we realised there is no garden view but it's a parking view). Can’t comment to other type of rooms. 3.Breakfast- the breakfast has a separate corner for cold cuts and pastries or bread, you can order from the menu choice either omelette, bacon, coffee, pancakes but no fruits in the menu list or in the buffet section which we found out we can order this separately if requested (problem here is, if you are staying for a week) it may be a repetitive type of breakfast. 4. Location -hotel is reachable to all main attractions( the port,aquarium, old town, all tours were all nearby for pick up and drop off) 5.Lots of restaurants to choose from near the hotel ( Greek,Asian, Italian etc.) and some shops too.

Cons: 1.Room-Aircon set up to 20 to 22c always , all towels and bedsheets need to be replaced, they all look so so tired. 2.No coffee machine but kettle with instant coffee/tea with no milk but sugar sachet. 3.No turn down service nor free bottle or filtered water on the 2nd day of stay onwards. 4.Shower has a jacuzzi type with an elevated stool ( a bit dangerous if you are not careful on your step). 5.No iron or ironing board but a press board( who is using this now?) 6.Swimming pool- The pool is ok but the loud music won't help you relax, we only stay here for 2 hours in a day and did not go back, you have to ask for towels, then look for any loungers you want and someone will give you receipt to acknowledge as per tax purpose that you are a hotel guest, it looks like this is also for public used because they asked us if we are from the hotel and our hotel room number and we've seen some people that we don't see in the hotel who we assumed are not check in from the hotel. Also this area needs a revamp to keep it attractive or appealing. 7.This hotel is a Casino not a hotel with a Casino, Entrance to the hotel is just small and the Casino is huge, the further front of the Hotel (carpark looks dirty and not well maintained) 8.Sleeping- if you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you, because of the music from nearby restaurants every night.

Pros: All staffs always did extra mile at their services and supported us with our requests. We felt extremely welcomed and convenient during our stay. The location cannot be better, just 5 minutes by walk to the Old town, yet the staying area is quiet ensuring we had great relaxing time.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Really lovely staff in the hotel, great location right by a nice beach.

Cons: The room could perhaps do with a little modernising but very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, big rooms, the pool area disappointing.

Pros: Great location, nice big room, beautiful view and great staff.

Cons: The pool area was nothing special, was a mess, have been to far superior pools at other 5* hotels. The outdoor area around pool looked tired and a there was mismatch of sunbeds with screaming children overtaking the small pool. Also the beach area with sunbeds was an extra €45 per set, even though in the hotel photos it shows the beach area part of the hotel.(which it is) Nice bathroom with marble l, but the plumbing was tired.
