Fantastic villa, 400m from the main road round the island and Afandou beach was 1000m walk from the villa.

Pros: It was spacious and well equipped, the pool was very clean and had plenty of furniture for the pool.

Cons: The electric gate could not lock, some of the doors would not close, particularly an issue on the main bathroom door. The mattresses were uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic holiday at The Maia Luxury Villa 😁

Pros: The villa is very spacious with three bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen for our family group of 7 adults. The pool & garden area are very well maintained, with enough sun-beds & chairs to accommodate us all. The stone built BBQ was a nice addition and we used it one evening. The welcome pack provided by the villa was a nice touch as our flight arrival was late evening, so it was lovely being able to make breakfast & tea/coffees the next morning. I would recommend this villa to a group of friends & family

Cons: The beds were not as comfortable as back home but I guess this is to be expected from a rental property.

Pros: Fabulous villa, in lovely condition with good facilities (2 coffee machines!). Roof terrance as well as pool area and outside dining.

Cons: 3 restaurants and the beach in easy walking distance. Afantou town needs a car or more commitment!

We loved it - the villa, the people and the island.

Pros: Lovely hosts. Spacious villa. Great pool (but cold at this time of year!) Wonderful island to visit.

Cons: We would have benefitted from better instructions on how to find the villa. A few minor repairs were needed.

Pros: Everything, from the communication, through to the Villa itself. It is as advertised. Lovely swimming pool, open plan kitchen and lounge area. Seve and Gianni are brilliant hosts. We had all the essentials, body wash, and shampoo. A nice bottle of wine, coffee, and juice were supplied for us. The exterior was excellent, sunbeds and pool towels. Great parking area for my hire car. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Happy holidays!

Pros: Absolutely beautiful villa, we couldn't have wished for a nicer place to spend our holiday. Every item that we needed was provided, and the washing machine came in handy throughout our stay.

Cons: Nothing, we had a perfect stay. Glad we had a hire car to explore the area as there is not a lot in walking distance.
