Astron Hotel Rhodes

Nice Staff and good location

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed and the view is nice.

Cons: It's a bit old places and the bathroom as well. The shower is very small

Pros: It has been a wonderful nice stay! The hotel has a splendid location but it's also very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable and recently renovated. Breakfast was very good and it was very nice to have it on the hotel nice terrace. A special mention to the girl responsible for breakfast and the girl working at the reception ,( unfortunately I didn't ask their names)... very very kind and friendly. I strongly recommend this location to anyone who's looking to visit Rhodes. Thank you Astron hotel!!!

Pros: We stayed here for one night before our flight, and it was a great choice for that purpose. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was quite small but modern and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of space, which was a nice surprise. The overall vibe of the place was good — clean, cozy, and stylish. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a great selection of food. Overall, it’s perfect for a short stay or an overnight before traveling, but probably not ideal for a longer trip.

Cons: There were a couple of minor downsides: parking nearby is practically impossible, and in the morning the power went out for about 10 minutes. We didn’t receive any information during that time, so it was a bit confusing, but luckily everything came back quickly.

Perfectly placed with fantastic staff.

Pros: Perfectly located. We were welcomed at 9am - 6 hours before check-in and offered breakfast whilst our room was being prepared. Nothing was an issue and all dealt with by Reception. The hotel is perfectly placed for a short walk into the centre and to the Knights Palace.

Standard remains high

Pros: Usual excellent standard of service, & staff as lovely as always.

Cons: My 'Juliet balcony' was almost totally redundant. It's hard to see why the designer even decided to incorporate it.

lovely hotel , walking distance to old town

Pros: Very helpful allowing us a very late check in. Good facilities, kettle in room and a fridge.

Fantastic overnight stay in an easy location. Great value for money.

Pros: The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Her attitude and support were the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The breakfast delivered way above expectation. Was fresh and the food was made with love.

Cons: The bathroom was small and the outside of the building required maintenance.

Pros: I appreciated the safety and convenience of the hotel. Its strategic location was a big plus. After checkout, they kindly offered to store my luggage and even provided a towel so I could freshen up with a shower downstairs after returning from the beach.

Cons: The shower curtain is not very hygienic, and water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor when showering. The cleaning in the morning is also quite loud, which can be disturbing if you wish to sleep in.

Ok hotel for few nights

Pros: We just stayed for one night.Hotel was quiet ,but it's September,maybe on summer could be noisy as it is in middle of the town.Breakfast was good,lot of options. Comfortable bed.Renovated rooms but didn't have any mirror ?!!

Cons: Bathroom was very small.Showercurtain could be better to be changed.Water was leaking to floor when making shower.Needs some more renovation/tiles on walls.

Nice midsize hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good walking location, both - Old Town, seaside.

Pros: Very satisfying breakfast. Quite a decent selection for a 3* hotel, traditional breakfast options, eggs, beans, bacon, or sweet variations, including a selection of several Greek traditional treats, fruit, etc. Coffee OK. Helpful and nice staff. There was no problem arranging basic formalities, paperwork, ordering a taxi for a pick-up - which booking.com promised and did not arrange, so the staff 1*. Many thanks for helping with breakfast:) Cleaning was okay, fast, nice. As the bathroom smelled musty, but the maids always wiped everything down. The balcony is very wide and pleasant to sit on over the hotel pool. The mattress is comfortable, but that's probably quite individual. The air conditioning has a quiet mode and the option to turn off the information display for a more peaceful sleep.

Cons: Room no. 208 - the window in the bathroom is sealed with construction foam? - they would like to fix it so that it can be opened fully and ventilated so the air won't be so heavy and mouldy there...).
