Amazing Experience

Pros: Me, my husband and 7 years old daughter stayed here for 5 nights as a family from 24 until 29th October. Although it was our first time at the hotel; was our maybe 10th time in Rhodes. We love the island and have been coming every year for few times. We usually stay at another hotel but this time we decided to try another one and preffered the Mitsis Petit Palais. And we never regretted. It was really perfect place to stay. We loved it. First of all, all the staff were very helpful and polite. From the cleaners to the restaurant staffs they were amazing. Whole hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was various and tasty. The room was large and comfortable. The location is good. We rented the car from the hotel at a good cost and service. We would suggest everyone to stay at this hotel.

Great stay in the city center

Pros: The hotel is located in the Center of Rhodos city, few minutes walk from the beach. Food at the hotel is great and staff is very nice friendly and willing to help. Facilities are also fine, with kids poll and adult poll, it has also a small gym.

Wonderful hotel with kind helpful staff.

Pros: The staff were really friendly. Fabiola and Ersi were particularly lovely. The food was fresh and varied.The location was fantastic.

Cons: It was a shame that they closed the pool when it rained. I'm used to wild swimming in Scotland so would have liked more opportunities to swim.

Pros: It was a great place to stay, and we were even offered an all-inclusive package from them without any additional cost, which made our trip even better! The food quality was good with a lot of variety to choose from, especially with my daughter. It is located next to walking distance to beach and the market. Overall, we had a great time during our stay.

Pros: Excellent and tasteful food, the staff was very friendly and smiling

Cons: The only thing that i didnt like is that we have pay for all inclusive, and there is no spot for crepes, ice creams and generally some snacks during the day.

Pros: Nectarios, the pizza chef, provided great service and was a lovely friend to our family. I look forward to returning and having his sausage pizza! Rest of the staff including Aida provided excellent service & we felt very looked after. The location is very central with beautiful part of Rhodes Town & Elli beech walkable & is ideal.

Short and sweet stay- would love to be back

Pros: It was four of us, inclusive of my elderly mother. While they couldn’t arrange early check in, we were given options to rest and enjoy food while the rooms were being prepared. All in all, the hotel was great, people very friendly and caring and food was delicious. I would definitely come back.
