Comfortable, clean, sizeable and friendly,

Pros: The location was perfect. The size of the property was ideal for my needs.

Cons: I cannot fault it.

We had an amazing stay and really liked the house!

Pros: We liked that it was traditionally decorated, fully equipped, spacious, quiet, with a nice patio by the entrance. Good communication with the host, including useful video he sent to help locate the car park and the place. The village is traditional and quiet, away from the very touristy spots but not far from the coast. It also has a nice taverna.

Cons: There was no shower gel / shampoo.

Pros: Хороший аутентичный домик. Есть 2 комнаты, с 2 кроватями. Кухня со всем необходимым. Чистая современная ванная комната. Отличный вариант для тех, у кого есть машина и кто хочет объездить весь остров. Хозяина не видел, но он довольно быстро отвечал по Ватсапу. Для тех, кто не любит гостиницы, но любит уют и приватность - отличный вариант

Cons: Никаких минусов я не увидел. Разве что не очень удобно пользоваться кроватью на втором этаже.

Pros: Es war wunderschön. Ein ganz tolles Haus. Sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir haben uns nicht als Touristen gefühlt sondern wie zu Hause..Wir haben immer gekocht, weil die Küche dort echt toll ist. Vielen vielen Dank!!

Schönes antikes Apartment in ruhiger Wohngegend

Pros: Das landestypische Haus liegt abseits von jeglichem Touristentrummel. Die Ausstattung ist gemischt von moderner Technik bis zu antiken wundenschönen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Das Küchenzubehör ist so, wie man sich das als Mieter wünschen würde. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros: Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο με παραδοσιακό στιλ. Σε πολύ καλή τιμή για τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Ηταν πολυ καθαρό και αρκετά εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκετε σε καλή τοποθεσία φυσικά και μόνο αν υπάρχει κάποιο όχημα . Απέχει μόνο 20 λεπτά από την Λίνδο 30 λεπτά έως το φιλαράκι και 40 με 45 λεπτά ανάλογα με την κίνηση από το κέντρο της Ρόδου. Καθώς επίσης σε μόλις 7 λεπτά είσαι σε μια πολύ ομορφη οργανωμένη παραλία. Ο Παύλος ηταν πολύ ευγενικός καθώς μας παρείχε εξτρα υπηρεσία καθαρισμού χωρίς καν να το ζητήσουμε και χωρίς καμία επί πλέον χρέωση. Είμαι πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένη.

Cons: Το μόνο που έχω να πω είναι ότι ο θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε μπει ένα κλιματιστικό στο ενιαίο χώρος . Καθώς εμείς επισκεφτηκαμε την ροδο Αύγουστο και η ζέστη ηταν πάρα πολυ έντονη κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε μέσα καθόλου.

Pros: Very atmospheric clean and tidy house in a small village. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of tools to use. During our week+ stay the property have been cleaned once and the towels with sheets have been changed. The house is located in Malona village which is 12 minutes away from Charaki beach by car. Pavlos is a great host. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine, some water and even fruits. He has also provided us with tons of info, delivered a spare cable and was very helpful. Communication was incredible, thank you, Pavlos.

Cons: It is always a good idea to seal the door during the night, sadly the mosquito net on the door isn't that effective, be careful. The house is well sealed from the heat, but it still gets hot closer to the evening during the high season, so usage of an AC during your stay inside is a must.

Gut im ursprünglichen Ort integriert lässt sich die gesamte Insel erkunden, Laden und Taverne prima

Pros: Wir haben es genossen in einem nicht touristischen Ort zu wohnen, netter Tante Emma Laden, Taverne und Café zu Fuß in 1min zu erreichen. Die Sträßchen sind eng und winkelig, man kann zum Ausladen direkt vor das Haus fahren, dann einen Parkplatz suchen evtl an der Hauptstraße. Der schöne Sandstrand Agathi Beach und das Örtchen Charaki sind nur 5min mit dem Auto, überhaupt ist die Lage in Malona für viele Ausflüge über die Insel praktisch! Google Maps scheint nicht alle Strassen zu kennen, eine breite gut zu befahrende Strasse führt via Appolona und Salakos direkt zur Nord-Westküste nach Kameiros. Bei Pavlos möchten wir uns ganz besonders für seine freundliche und entgegenkommende Fürsorge bedanken.
