Electra Palace Rhodes - Premium All Inclusive

Pros: Very nice hotel! The facilities are great and the staff is lovely. Big compliments for Anna, she's so sweet and great with kids! She made our stay extra special. Also the food is very good. The kitchen even prepared special meals for our baby (veggies and fruit). I would definitely recommend to go here if you're looking for an all inclusive hotel that doesn't feel too massive.

Cons: The swimming pool is not heated, so it was too cold to swim in October. Also we received the wrong room type during check-in but the hotel solved it properly and we were happy with the solution.

So good, we booked again for next year!

Pros: Beautiful hotel on beachfront and swimmings pools. Lots of sun loungers and lots of indoor seating to sit & relax Excellent food, lovely staff and great atmosphere

Pros: very spacious, no queues, large amount of facilities to enjoy. generous all inclusive making the stay very relaxed. Good evening entertainment, rock'n'roll group standing out.

Beautiful hotel & staff so attentive .

Pros: The facilities were excellent. So many sun beds. The entertainment was brilliant during the day & evening. Food was delicious and choice of restaurants.

Cons: Very difficult to get a booking in the Greek restaurant. The Spa - wouldn’t go back . Felt like I was in an operating theatre rather than a beauty room. No spa vibes also put mysrlf & my daughter in the same room even though we asked for separate tooms. Our treatments were different and the timings were also different. Not very relaxing

Pros: Everything was amazing at Electra Palace. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was amazing, the rooms were clean and the pool and beach area were beautiful. Could not fault the hotel in any way.

Pros: Comfortable bed, Ice cream parlour and coffee shop, strong wifi, cabana beds round the pool area and excellent service by the staff.

Cons: No information given regarding the hotel during check in.

Excellent service

Pros: Everything was good, with all the facilities included. Would totally recommend it for a nice holiday, when you want to relax and have everything in hand.

Pros: Overall, it was truly delightful. One standout aspect was how you arranged the water supply. Having glass water bottles in the room and refill stations in the corridors was a wonderfully eco-friendly touch that we really appreciated. Food was exellent.

Cons: One small suggestion: the tennis courts were a nice amenity, but the tennis balls available were quite old. It would be great to have fresh ones in a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the service could have been a bit quicker (bringing a glass of wine or removing a plate once it was finished). That would have added a nice touch of attentiveness. But in the grand scheme of things, that’s just a minor note.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and service good Restaurants had good quality for an all inclusive - the Greek restaurant was delicious Decent drink range on all inclusive Always sunbeds available Very comfy beds Rooms well cleaned Good experience for the price

Cons: Slightly missing that ‘wow’ factor for 5* Location, whilst has restaurants around it, is on the windy side of the island so is very windy and the beach is rocky - couldn’t really sunbathe on beach (but the way the pool is built is sheltered from impact) No room service Limited range of channels on tv (eg no Netflix) Room small and the bathroom was a bit outdated and the door was a bit rusted
