Pros: We had a fabulous stay the reception staff Christina jnr Evgenia kate Despina and reservation manager Christina was very helpful and a very valuable to the hotel also the restaurant manager Stephan George the chef and all the restaurant staff my husband is disabled and they made our stay so enjoyable and nothing was to much trouble for them they deserve top star ratings and if we return to Rhodes we would definitely stay there again 😀

4 night stay

Pros: Lovely garden family room away from main building. Nice pool area. Comfy loungers. Good all inclusive.

Cons: No bar on/near beach and have to pay for loungers. Shame only one restaurant as can be busy. House keeping didn't get round to our room until late in the afternoon. Not much near hotel out and about. But was fine as we only there 4 nights. Evening entertainment not the best but didn't bother us.

Cons: Room cleaning was law - quality, small glasses so it was uncomfortable to take drinks, alcoholic beverages quite poor

Lovely all inclusive hotel with gorgeous sea view

Pros: Lovely hotel with good amenities with a shop in the hotel use of tennis courts etc, friendly staff and good food and drinks on all inclusive. Sea view was absolutely gorgeous.

Cons: Bit far from a strip/bars (you can get into Rhodes by bus or taxi for €20 a way) and the beach is a pebble beach, but depends what you’re after

Pros: level 5 star hotel... Perfect gastronomy, changing meals, very friendly service, head waiter everything is completely under control, fantasy, pleasant person... Very pleasant service, very pleasant and smiling receptionists... Excellent pool bar...

I recommend it to you

Pros: In my opinion, the very positive point was that we were close to the airport, the food was very good, the pool was great and clean, and the staff was very polite, I think it's good for a trip. It's been a great few days, we were only two minutes away from a very beautiful beach, which I thought was wonderful.

Cons: The internet was weak(of course, there was good internet in the restaurant), and there was no shampoo in the bathroom to wash the head.
