Cons: The room cleaning was not good. It was done quick quick and not well done though the cleaning lady was very lovely and warm.

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff
Pros: Very nice hotel, you won’t be disappointed, great atmosphere around the pool area, pool bar is a great bonus. Only about 15-20 mins to Rhodes town 4e each way on the hotel shuttle bus. Family friendly. Modern renovated rooms, clean. Staff however were the highlight, they really made you feel like family over there.
Cons: People leave their towels early in the morning and go off for the whole day, not sure how you fight this, seems to be a problem in most hotels. No freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast and scrambled egg wasn’t great, but that just me being picky. Honestly we had a great time.

Pros: Friendly reception desk. Nicely renovated rooms. Great view to pools and sea.
Cons: At the restaurant disturbingly active collection of dishes even when you were not finished. The restaurant staff was not too friendly. The table was cleaned before you had even finished your food and drinks making you feel you were in the middle of the cleaning process and should leave. The general tidyness was only modest though. The whole hotel was not modernisized making it texture of old and new. Corridor noise could be heard through paper-like doors. Too few sunbeds reserved whole day at the pools.

Pros: The food was really good, bar at the pool with a lot of drinks, the location near the sea was perfect, very comfy room with nice bathroom
Cons: the evening shows were terrible - so loud and ended at 11 pm, which was unacceptable for us with small baby. Sunbeds at the pool were occupied by the towels at 7am even though it was forbidden to do that. The music at the pool was very loud during the day.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options and something new to try every day. The location right by the beach couldn’t be better – perfect for morning walks and stunning sunsets. The staff were friendly (lovely staff) and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Perfect for holiday with kids.

Great hotel, the staff does everything to make your holiday a success.
Pros: Beautiful pool area. Good quality food in the restaurant. Spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. There were several excellent show programs during the week. I would especially like to mention the jazz show.
Cons: One hot drink machine in the restaurant is not enough, you have to stand in line, cups run out quickly. The beach could be improved following the example of nearby hotels.

Pros: Great for families. Daughter loved it. Room, facilities, pool all great. Food quality above expected for an all inclusive. A lot of plane traffic, yet the atmosphere of the place drowns out the negatives. Great stay, very good value.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The sea views were stunning, just like the sea itself, which was truly beautiful. The daily room cleaning was excellent, and the sea and pool views were beautiful. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and smiling, which made the atmosphere even nicer. The chefs were also very kind and did their best to make the food tasty. However, the food selection could have been more varied. Breakfast was the same every morning, and although everything was delicious, it became repetitive after a few days. Seafood was served only a few times during our 9-day stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, everything was tasty and we appreciated the effort of the staff.
Cons: What we didn’t like were the cocktails – the choice was very limited, the coffee wasn’t tasty, and unfortunately, the alcohol felt very cheap. But the biggest disappointment, which is not visible in the photos, was the neglected beach. It was never cleaned, even though the area itself is beautiful and could be amazing if maintained properly, with more walking paths along the seafront. The pools could also have been cleaner and made safer for children. The animation team was another letdown – it was the saddest entertainment we’ve ever seen on a holiday. The same music and the same moves every evening, and by the fourth day our child didn’t even want to go to the mini-disco anymore. The morning kids’ club was even worse – the animators simply had no motivation or desire to do their job, unfortunately. In our room, the shower floor was uneven, and after every shower the water would flow out and spread across the entire bathroom floor.
