Pros: A la carte restaurant great and staff excellent. Did not use pool - prefer the beach which was great. 99% of staff excellent and very willing to help and to ensure we had everything we needed

Cons: room - storage space for clothes limited and it would have been nice to have had a sitting space on the balcony as well as a swim up pool. Not critisisms - just comments - not that the balcony space could be increased! One young member of bar staff let the side down - needed to be more polite

A stay to unwind and enjoy.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive. I truly appreciated the hospitality, even as a solo traveler. The service and the selection were excellent.

Cons: This should not be seen as a negative point, but rather as the cherry on top: the variety of fruits could be a little broader, yet the quality was excellent and very fresh.

Pros: Great hotel with several pools, private beach and the best staff ever. Several restaurants are available for the guests who stay in a suite. The app allows to order drinks from the sunbed, which is a real plus.

Everything was great, I recommend staying there

Pros: We spent our honeymoon here, and everything was perfect. Upon arrival a beautiful honeymoon decoration awaited us in our room. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean, we had a room with private pool which was amazing. Wide selection of food and drinks all day, entertainment programs at night.

Honeymoon: stay 10 days.

Pros: We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Moston the staff where so friendly and happy to help. There was 3 pools to choose from and never a struggle to get a sunbed. Different food options every night, something for everyone (coming from a picky eater). The rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Hotel also provides beach towels. Entertainment every night. There is a little shop onsite has everything you could need and not too expensive. Guest relations left treats for us during our stay as it was our honeymoon, we thought this was a lovely gesture. Also a great service they offer, when booking through booking.com, they lift and leave you to the airport free of charge. Really recommend this hotel and we will absolutely return.

Cons: We didn't really dislike anything, Being picky the area around the hotel is quiet, if you want to go an do things need to get taxis or be best to rent a car.

Worth every penny!

Pros: The whole experience was absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like absolute royalty! We got a free upgrade to a grand suite, the private suite dining restaurant was a really nice touch and made us feel special all week. The staff were absolutely FAULTLESS. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. The entertainment each night was highly enjoyable. And Petros from the bar was outstanding.

Cons: We loved it all! But, if they wanted to make the experience even better - having better air-conditioning or fans in the gym would be great.

Pros: Very good and clean hotel . Staff was very helpfull . Breakfast had many things to choose out . Overall a very good hotel for this money .

Pros: Hotel staff were amazing and the best part of the trip. Al a carte restaurants were both excellent.

Cons: Rooms were in need of an update, for the price. We had a couple of problems and no phone the whole time we're there. Room 4571 step of the balcony back into the room is not safe as it drops right into the stairway. Buffet had what you needed, but was repetitive.
