Little Karafillias Chalki House

Pretty and welcoming ❤️

Pros: The house is as shown in photos - we loved the veranda, and the location was super central. We were very much taken care of and also had a lot of facilities that a proper house would have, like a washing machine that was VERY HELPFUL. We would definitely come back!

Our first visit to Halki and we loved it. The house has lots of Greek character which we really liked.

Pros: Location is brilliant Communication with Sofia was fantastic Outside space

Cons: It was only air conditioned in the main bedroom. There was a large fan in the second bedroom which was much appreciated. But downstairs was very warm

Excellent choice for Chalki

Pros: Once you enter, the first impression is of a house furnished with taste and attention to detail, an impression which was then confirmed by living it for a few days. Having said that, let's go to the description. The apartment is on two floors, the ground floor used as a living area with a fairly well-stocked kitchen, large terrace where there is a table. The upper floor, attic, has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other with a bunk bed. On both floors there is a bathroom with WC shower and sink. The WiFi connection is excellent and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. As regards the location of the town, this is excellent: a few steps from the port, the supermarkets and a lot of restaurants on the seafront. Last but not least the excellent cleanliness and kindness of the owner, Sofia, who as a welcome welcomes you with water, jams and other things in the fridge for breakfast.

Cons: Nothing negative to report

Pros: We like the location, the terrace and it was well stocked with supplies. The check in and communication was easy and every effort was made to make our stay easy.

Cons: The unit is two bedroom but the second bedroom is really only suitable for children.

Pros: The location was remarkably convenient and the house was remarkably clean.

Cons: The house requires more air-condition devices. It is 2-floors apartment but there is only 1 air-condition at the one of the bedrooms upstairs.

Pros: Sophia was so helpful. Met us at the port. Communication was excellent. House was lovely. Beautiful courtyard.

Cons: That we didn’t book for longer!

Schönes Haus auf einer tollen Insel

Pros: sehr nette Gastgeber, Willkommensgeschenk mit Getränken und Frühstückzubehör im Kühlschrank Abholservice für Gepäck, Tolle Terrasse, sehr schönes altes Haus, schöne Lage

Cons: Betten sehr hart , im Kinderzimmer war die Matratze durchgelegen , nicht elastisch, keine Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern

Super location centralissima

Pros: La casa è’ davvero comoda e centralissima,la padrona di casa Sofia è super carina e disponibile,ci ha addirittura aiutato a cucinare il nostro pesce pescato

Cons: Poca vista del mare

Pros: The veranda in the evening, the charm, the attention, care and hospitality the hostess Sophia!! As others said, there are stairs but this is pretty common in amphitheatrical towns, and properties on these islands…you can consider the upper floor as a very well constructed loft, including a second bathroom for convenience and two separate bedrooms! We enjoyed it and slept very well!

Cons: If you want a sea view, this isn’t it, but it is close to everything , and it’s lower closer to the port than many properties on Halki, so you don’t have to climb a bunch of town stairs to reach the property, just a short inclined road to get there , then straight ahead…which is very handy for some people , and nice for popping easily down to the restaurants and shops!

Pros: Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, φοβερή βεράντα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, εγκάρδιοι και φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια με παιδιά!
