Pros: The house itself was small but really cozy with traditional vibes. Lorenzo was really helpful and communication was excellent.

Cons: There were indeed ants in the apartment but we were warned about it, so it was manageable.

Cons: The sewage was smelling, there were ants on the mattress and you felt like they were biting you, the mattess is thin, , the yard is very small and there is no space to sit, all the windows do not have screens so you cannot open them and have circulation of the air

Nicely decorated traditional house.

Pros: The decoration of the house is great! Modern but also traditional, equipped with anything you may need. The location is great, only a few minutes walking distance from the port and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though we didn’t have the chance to meet, we had a very good communication with Lorenzo.

Cons: The mattress was a bit thin in my opinion so it was not the most comfortable i have ever slept on. Although the house was very clean, and I am sure Lorenzo did his best to avoid, unfortunately there were some ants in the house and one morning we woke up with ants on our pillow. Nevertheless, there was a spray which we used to eliminate them.

Overall, a nice but expensive choice.

Pros: I liked the location and the traditional decoration within a stone-built house.

Cons: I did not like the lack of balcony and the lack of provisions such as soap, shampoo, shower gel etc. I did not also like the lack of potential for professional invoice provision.

Pros: Charmigt, trevlig värd, läget. Fanns allt man behövde!

Pros: la qualità dell'arredo con una ricostruzione intelligente di una camera tradizionale dell'isola e tanti oggetti di pregio, antichi e moderni (vasi, piatti, ceste) a dare ulteriore valore all'esperienza

Piccolo appartamento a due passi dal centro

Pros: L'appartamento seppure piccolo è carino e dotato del necessario. Posizione ottima, il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi come le spiagge di ftenagia e pondamos. Lorenzo è stato super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio!

Cons: La luce troppo debole nella sala principale

Pros: Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή καθώς είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού ουσιαστικά. Παρά τις παρατηρήσεις που σημειώνουμε στη συνέχεια, η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής καθώς και το γεγονός ότι πρόκειται για κατάλυμα σε ένα μικρό νησάκι, αυτές δικαιολογούνται και ενδεχομένως να ξαναμέναμε σε αυτό.

Cons: Αν και είναι αναμενόμενο ότι σε τέτοια νησάκια οι χώροι είναι περιορισμένοι, το κατάλυμα για δύο άτομα είναι οριακό. Ο μικρός κήπος περιορίζει την αυλή που υπάρχει και δεν είναι ευκολο να στεγνώσεις τα μαγιό και τα υπόλοιπα ρούχα. Η απλώστρα είναι σχεδόν κατεστραμένη με σκουριές. Επίσης έχει πρόβλημα με τα μυρμήγκια ο χώρος.

Διακοπές στην πανέμορφη Χάλκη

Pros: Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Η διαρύθμιση του δωματίου είναι όμορφη και ιδιαίτερη. Έχει εξοπλισμό για την ετοιμασία πρωινού. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός.

Cons: Δεν προτείνεται σε ανθρώπους μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας, καθώς το κρεβάρι είναι στο πάτωμα και δεν έχει πολύ βολικό στρώμα. Θέλει προσοχή με τα τρόφιμα, λόγω ύπαρξης μυρμηγκιών.
