perfect base to explore Symi

Pros: I loved staying at Andreas Apartments , Julie was so lovely and helpful , was there if I needed anything but otherwise I was left in peace ! I loved Nos beach to chill out in comfort and swim in clear waters .. the cafe here is great as are the staff . Thankyou Julie for a warm and traditional Greek break away !

Cons: The steps up to the apartment were challenging but I was aware of that when I booked ... the view from the balcony more than made up for a few minutes of huffing and puffing !

Wow! What a view

Pros: The property is all about the view. It was fantastic. The apartment was basic Greek decor but comfortable and functional. We loved it. The balcony was great to sit of an afternoon/ evening to watch the sunset and the boats coming and going. 5 minutes to local beach. It was a bit of a climb to get to the apartment as most places are in Symi capital are, but the view more than made up for it so you need to be quite fit!

Cons: Bathroom very basic but the shower worked but needs some TLC

Spacious apartment with exceptional views of Symi.

Pros: Symi is renowned for its harbour and colourful buildings and the view from the apartment takes it all in. Spacious areas including well stocked kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. Loved the balcony and clothesline. Julie, our friendly host was helpful and very responsive to any communication. Yes there are 140 steps to the upstairs apartment but you are rewarded by that amazing vista. Hope to stay again if my knees stay healthy. Thanks Julie 🤗

Breath-taking views

Pros: The view was absolutely stunning. However to get there, you did have to walk up plenty of stairs - but worth it in the end! We particularly loved the night time views, the lights and stars. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The owner was very helpful.

Cons: We should have booked for longer than 3 nights!

Overall, this hotel delivered great value and beautiful view.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The view was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic backdrop that really added to the experience. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, with the regular cleaner attending the property. The highlights were lovely restaurants nearby (Tarsanas for example), which made dining convenient and enjoyable without needing to walk too far. Communication with the host was also excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The beach nearby offered sun beds and umbrellas.

Cons: The wi-fi was a bit slow.

Amazing place

Pros: The apartment is in a beautiful location with a wonderful view on the port and very close to the local church and a very nice rocky beach far from all tavernas (--> clean water). It's a pretty big apartment and well furnished. The host is extremely helpful and courteous.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like about the flat or the host. As other reviewers mentioned, the flat has a great view on the port, that means you need to walk up and down and during heatwaves with temperatures >35 Celsius it might be tiring. Symi and Rhodes too are hot islands in July and August. That's clearly true for all accommodations.

We had a great time, Julie was very nice and helpful, we felt at home from the start!

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and has an amazing view! It is located on the quiet side of the port, with some of the best rated restaurants around and a few minutes away from the local beach and supermarket.

Beautiful place to experience Symi

Pros: The view is what makes this place special and me and my sister loved this place- but be warned by the other reviews when they say it’s steep, about 5 flights of steep steps are a challenge in the heat, definitely not suited to older people or anyone with limited mobility. Saying that, the location is great and near a locals beach which has some fab sunbeds and a great place for a sunset swim. it’s a 5 min walk into the main town and a 5 mins walk to the beach so it’s very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked so it’s a great place to cook and relax and it’s very quiet which helps you to get into the Symi vibe. I really recommend staying a few nights a Symi and this stay has a huge part in that, it helps you to slow down and just enjoy the moment!

Cons: It could have been cleaned a bit better on the porch

Best host, absolutely fantastic view, spacy studio !

Pros: One of the best locations to stay. Fantastic overlooking view of the Symi bay, close to the restaurants, cafe, bar etc. but also far enough to be quiet . Also this area is the closest to the only beach of the town of Symi .

Cons: 120+ steps from the road up to the room . If it’s not too hot it’s Easier than it sounds . If you don’t mind the exercise and considering the price per night you can live with it.
