Very pretty and rustic with a dreamy balcony
Pros: This apartment is super cute! With a rustic touch that feels very authentic. The location is very good, pretty road on the coast about ten minutes walk from the harbour. The bedroom upstairs can get very warm but it’s not an issue because it has air con. There’s a handy little kitchen where you can cook a simple meal and enjoy it on the fantastic balcony - that was really the star of the show! The host was very nice and gave us info and suggestions about activities and restaurants and in the area.

Pros: Julie, the host was very welcoming and obliging. The apartment was clean quirky and had lovely views from the balcony.
Cons: Unfortunately, due to our age, we found the steps up to our apartment quite challenging. This, for us, was the only drawback.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment with unforgettable views
Pros: Marina Studios was perfectly placed with a view to kill—absolutely stunning sunrises from the balcony made every morning feel special. The host was lovely and thoughtful, even leaving chilled water in the fridge on arrival, which was a welcome touch. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen amenities were far better than most typical Greek apartments, making it easy to prepare meals. I especially appreciated the comfy chairs and cushions for the patio, plus the parasol for shade—small details that made a big difference. It was a fantastic base for exploring Symi town and the nearby beaches. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic stay with great hospitality.
Cons: The walk from the ferry was quite challenging in the midday heat, especially since it docked at the far end of the harbour. The apartment was a little tricky to locate, but thankfully the host was available and helpful in guiding me.

Pros: Charming little house in exceptional location with spectacular views over the port town. Easy walking distance to main port area, shops, bars, restaurants and boats. Loved the balcony. Very enjoyable stay.
Cons: The stairs/steps/ladder to the bedroom was steep and would not have been suitable to anyone with mobility or balance issues (or too many glasses of wine).

Absolutely loved my stay and Julie was great.
Pros: Was an apartment so I provided my own breakfast and other meals.
Cons: Steep steps up to the apartment but it was high so nothing can improve them as Symi very hilly

Pros: A lovely stay and the hosts were wonderful, slightly on the quieter side of the bay which we really enjoyed, but still with a couple of restaurants at your doorstep

Pros: The location was a 10 minute walk to the main town centre. It was quiet and a traditional accommodation. Owner met us and was friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a water leak, but the owner was dealing with it. Bed was a bit firm for my liking.

Fabulous
Pros: If you want a true experience of a Symian house with the most perfect views then this is the place for you. The apartment is utterly adorable. ADORABLE. But the highlight is the hostess with the mostess. Julia is nothing more than fabulous. The most warm in person welcome with a little bit of house history thrown in ✅ Complimentary wine ✅ Bug plug ✅ Advice and recommendations on where to eat and go and get around ✅ Advice on ferry lines, times and ports ✅ This is actually a very import one guys. But Julia got you 😊 Arranging taxi transfers ✅ Enough privacy but with the right amount of care ✅ Just come here. You won’t regret it. Sure there are a few steps. But what’s wrong with being fit and getting in some daily exercise. 5 mins is nothing. Your heart and butt will thank you. To the fabulous Julia, I can’t thank you enough for your care, hospitality and help.
Cons: Potentially a mattress topper on the bed would be a bit more comfortable
