Casa Plumeria of Old Town Rhodes

Exceptional value & comfort in a well appointed apartment right in the heart of Old Town.

Pros: This place is a real gem. So centrally located that we missed it because it was literally a couple of metres off the town square. Really spacious with fantastic amenities and very modern throughout. Wonderful private secret balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Well insulated from the noise of the square after hours and much needed aircon in every room. Host was very attentive and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip.

Cons: This is being picky, but the upstairs bedroom didn't have a door, so was open to the downstairs area.

Ideal accommodation to really appreciate the beauty of Rhodes Old Town

Pros: Beautiful apartment, tastefully created in a traditional old building a few steps away from a pretty and lively square. Two lovely super king beds, a modern kitchen and outside veranda. Penny and Vana could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Cons: The lounge sofa was a little uncomfortable.

Superb accomodation

Pros: Wonderful location, this is a beautiful home finished to the highest standard throughout. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely mix of modern and traditional aspects. The host was very helpful and receptive. The seating area upstairs was fantastic and we spent most of our time at the house sitting here enjoying the peace and quiet. Some beautiful interior design features make this home feel very special. A request for a late check out was allowed, which made our last day very relaxing indeed.

Cons: The main living area was very dark due to limited daylight, which was a surprise as the photos make the sitting / dining areas look very bright. It would be helpful to provide information regarding basics like how to boost the hot water and where to take the rubbish to would have been helpful....but the host did respond really quickly.

Pros: Outstanding location, very close to the ‘action’ but not noisy. Really well equipped with good quality furnishings etc

Pros: There was a variety of kitchen equipment and there were enough towels, shampoo and other cleaning stuff. In addition, air-conditioning worked properly. The house was really cozy for a family of four.

Cons: The location was in the center of the old town and among the buildings where local residents lived. It was noisy especially at night. The noise of the neighbours and the parrot in the same street was sometimes annoying.

Great two storied apartment, with plenty of facilities, in an excellent location.

Pros: Great instructions from host so easy to find. Easy to access the keys. Plenty of space for 2 friends. We didn't use the lounge area or the outdoor areas - top balcony was good for drying clothes. We only prepared breakfast in the kitchen - but there was a full size fridge and plenty of crockery etc. No kitchen knives for cutting up fruit, veg, bread etc. Coffee pods (thank you) but no tea - so left a box. No plastic wrap so take some Ziploc bags etc if using the kitchen and storing food. Brilliant location. We weren't affected by noise. Aircon worked well. Washing machine was handy - luckily I took washing powder with me. No dryer but clothes dried very quickly outside. While modern it was not sterile. I would recommend and stay here again. Excellent hosts.

Cons: Upstairs room is a bit tight trying to get into cupboard or bathroom. There is also no door to this room, so privacy a bit limited. Did not cause us too many issues though.

Perfect accommodation in Rhodes old town

Pros: Very well equipped and furnished house in the old town on the edge of busy tourist area. Quiet location with easy access though back streets to lots of good restaurants. Easy communication with the host. 5 minute walk to the port, and all major sites close.

Pros: It was a great stay, the apartment was fantastic and the location was very good. Everything lived up to or exceeded expectation. Would recommend saying here.
