Helpful host, good location, facilities need an upgrade

Pros: Location & host - they were really responsive and helpful with the problem we encountered

Cons: Shower, shower curtains and the whole bathroom space would need an upgrade Also we weren’t aware that the room was just by the entrance and the windows were super close to the street

Good value, great location, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Good location only a few minutes walk from one of the main squares in the old town. Fantastically comfortable beds, best nights sleep in a hotel ever!! Rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style & having an en-suite bathroom is a must these days! Shared kitchen area was well equipped with a hob & microwave, coffee machine, panini maker, etc. also well stocked with basic condiments & cleaning materials.

Cons: The mini fridge in our room was really useful, however, the freezer box door was missing; causing a constant drip & the drip tray needed emptied on a daily basis, which also took up half the shelf space in the fridge. We had the twin room & its en-suite had a few minor areas in need of attention - there was a broken wall tile next to the toilet with sharp edges, needing replaced. The tiled shower base needs resealed, the bathroom floor flooded each time we had a shower & could see the water leaking out next to the toilet area. The toilet seat moved around each time you sat on it; a little disconcerting! Finally, the pedal on the toilet bin was broken & required you to touch the lid each time it was used, just little things, but it did detract from the overall joy of the stay.

Perfect location in Rhodes Old Town

Pros: The location of the appartment is perfect, you are right in the middle of Rhodes Old Town. The bed is very comfortable and everything was cleaned very well.

Cons: Everything was fine, but the terrace is shared and can be accessed by the guests in the other rooms as well.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location in Rhodes old town . It's situated in a quiet street, but only a 2 minute walk for all the hustle and bustle of the old town .

Pros: Great location and the room was the perfect size. The host was extremely helpful and our driver from the airport was great.

Ideal base for exploring – peaceful and well located

Pros: The location was perfect, and the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated having access to a shared kitchen and a small yard, which made our stay even more comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We absolutely recommend this place!!

Pros: Chris met us as soon as we arrived with the ferry, we had the whole place to ourselves, very nice accommodations with everything you need. Right downtown so you can walk everywhere.

Cheap and cheerful

Pros: It was very good value for money. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate for our purposes. The staff were helpful and very considerate and organised a taxi for an early morning departure.

Cons: A shower curtain and the ability to hang up the shower head would have been useful. The lack of a shower curtain tended to convert the bathroom into a wet room!

I will certainly come back there next year

Pros: Everything was fantastic. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice, quiet place just two steps away from the centre of the Old Town.

Pros: The location was perfect, Fe wmin walk form old town s main Street. The staff was great and helpful. The house was comfortable and ckean with allá necessary facilities. Deffemintly will recommend it and stay there again on my next visit.
