Meandros Suite in Old Town

Amazing suite and caring hosts who keep in touch

Pros: We like the location and proximity to all restaurants and shopping. Neighbourhood is not to noisy even though there is some construction going on. The suite has everything you could want to make your 'home away from home' comfortable and relaxing. Quirky and tastefully decorated, lovely couch, fast internet, comfy bed, great little kitchenette and washing machine that was fantastic as we did have several items that needed laundering. Bathroom very roomy and beautiful, fluffy towels. We were lucky to find this lovely suite as we had booked a hotel for four nights but stayed only for one as it was a horrible experience (waiting on a three night refund) so had to find somewhere to stay and Meandros popped up. We consider ourselves privileged to have been guests and we sincerely thank our hosts.

RHODES : TRACES OF A PARADISE

Pros: I loved the size of the bedroom, the high ceiling, the natural materials as wood, tiles, stones... Several windows which you can open at night and the breeze get in...the well equiped kitchenette, the bathroom very clean and very well kept, with a lot of sweet towels of several sizes, The warm welcome with nice hand craft gifts and fresh wine... The readiness at all moments to answer your questions and needs, always helpful and friendly. The old aged greek lady, open and friendly. The location in this former Jewish quarter, with narrow streets full of a very special history. The whole place has a soul.

Very good host beautiful and clean suite in a brilliant location

Pros: Loved the location, size and character of this hotel Suite. Set in the beautiful old town of Rhodes the room has character as well as being very clean and modern. Steps away from the old town squares but wonderfully quiet for a good nights sleep

Cons: Had a little trouble with the light coming though the kitchen in the morning which woke us early but just bought eye masks to solve the problem

Great stay in a perfect location

Pros: Best location in the old town. Hosts and staff responsive and kind. Space tasteful and spacious. Charming to stay in such a historic building. Air conditioning worked well. Well equipped with many clean towers and extra blankets. Clean.

Cons: There are great wooden shutters in the bedroom, but it would be nice to install another wooden shutter for the apartment door and second kitchen window to reduce light in the morning, or blackout blinds alternatively.

A peek into history with all the comfort of our modern times

Pros: The location was perfect, just a few steps from the centre of the old town yet in a calm and picturesque little medieval street. The apartment itself was antique but stunningly preserved, spacious and had an atmosphere like no other place we’ve stayed at. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, would answer any question within seconds at seemingly any point of the day.

Pros: Prachtige locatie! Host erg behulpzaam!Voorzieningen zoals flesjes water, koffie,…!

Cons: Geen mogelijkheid om bagage te laten na het uit checken. Wel hulp gekregen om hostel te vinden waar dat wel mogelijk was!

Excellent apartment

Pros: The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious, and the AC was wonderful. The water bottles were also a great touch.

Pros: The location was excellent- within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Inside Old Town. The apartment was spacious. The WiFi, TV, and AC worked. The hosts were very easy to talk to and very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!
