Sehr schöne Villa mit ausgezeichneter Lage direkt am Meer

Pros: Die optimal ausgestattete, komfortable und saubere Villa liegt direkt am Meer mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Ideal für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von Stegna (Strand, Restaurants etc.) entfernt. Der Service von Rhodes Holiday Villas war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Cons: für uns nicht ganz so optimal: In den Wintermonaten liegt die Villa bedingt durch die Lage auf der Südseite eines Felsvorsprungs ab den Mittagstunden leider im Vollschatten. Der sehr schön gestaltete Außenbereich kann daher dann nur mehr bedingt genutzt werden. Die Villa ist mit einem KFZ nur über eine ca. 2 km lange unbefestigte Straße, die teilweise sehr steil ist und größere Schäden aufweist, erreicht werden. Mit einem SUV und 4x4 ist dies jedoch zu bewältigen. Alternativ kann man das Auto am Strand von Stegna abstellen und die Villa zu Fuß (ca. 200 m) über einen schmalen betonierten Pfad und Treppen um einen Felsvorsprung erreichen.
